My daughter loves her bed but ur guys left garbage in the floor. Please ask them to take garbage when they deliver n yes I tipped them both: Please ask your delivery team to take garbage when they are done. They left a mess

I love 5th Avenue! Anna was amazing with helping my husband and I pick out furniture. She gave me great prices and gave us free stuff. My house will look fantastic. The furniture is great quality and offers set up and delivery. If you want a great deal and customer service, this is the place to come!

I purchase a living room set that cost $1,100 and in 9 mouth of normal used (just three grown ups) the in side material got all saggy and flat. I but a $150.00 insurance, that will cover everything from top bottom. When i call the insurance company and explain, they said that that wasnt covered.

I recently had an issue with my couch, at no fault of 5th Ave., within my warranty period. The staff was very understanding and we came to an agreement that worked for both of us. I am very thankful for their kindness and excellent customer service, particularly Nick and Luis. I have already recommended numerous friends and family and I will continue to do so.

We purchased some furniture from this store and they were all ruined! Paint falling off and one of pieces was not what I ordered. The moving employees had no experience. Normally a piece of furniture is supposed to arrive wrapped, sealed and with a blanket for the floor so it does not scratch the floor. These people had none of that. They took no care in the furniture.The only good things I can say is return went smooth and the sales guy was really nice.If your going to run a furniture business offer your drivers the tools that neccessary for moving furniture. Also, train them how to properly move the furniture. Dont just think about making the money. With that attitude your not Going to go very far.

If you need anything at a lower price and still the best quality, this is the place to go. I got everything for my house there.

My new tenants got a bedroom set, sectional couchs, end tables, lamps, dining table and chairs, and more. Alot of protective wrapping and cardboard boxes and wood. The delivery guys would not take garbage with them when we asked they harshly said no. . Had An Empty Truck. Instead they left all of packaging in 2 - 8ft long boxes that the couches came in. They weigh over 70 lbs each and are falling apart since it rained. Wet cardboard is nasty. . There is no way in hell that the garbage men will take this. So now Im having to break up all this to a manageable size for garbage men. And its not even my furniture.Do yourself a favor and if you do buy furniture from here, make sure you work out with them, who is responsible for disposing of packaging. Hope this helps someone who may do business with themI know I will not.

I bought a bed set and I got a bad drawer. THE SCREWS BEGAN TO LOOSE. A WOOD HORRENDA !!!!! VERY DIFFERENT WING THAT WERE SAMPLE. I RETURNED A FEW TIMES TO CLAIM AND ALWAYS TELLED ME TO RETURN. NOT RECOMMENDING THIS LUTGAR !!! WE LOVE PRODUCTS !!!!

I bought a mattress and I loved it

In March I bought the bed and the box where the mattress is mounted and what I bought was a plague because it came with bedbugs and I have not gone to complain for the reason that it is serrated by the virus
