Very lovely experience getting a facial. My esthetician was informative and kind. My only concern is that during the extraction process, she popped my one cystic pimple (poked it with a needle then drained it). This was more than uncomfortable. I personally feel that particular type of acne should only be treated by a dermatologist so I probably should have asked her not to touch it instead of going with the flow. Other extractions (black heads) were fine. Again, it was still overall a great experience. I will likely return again I a few months.

Had yet another excellent massage today. I had a maternity massage done by therapist, Lisa. I felt like she really cared about what I wanted/needed and payed attention to the spots that have been bothering me. Miguel, part of the management team, is always so welcoming and kind. I’ll be back as soon as possible!

Ive been going to Drew Patrick for awhile. The service is terrific, appointments can be booked online, and they have great packages. Claudette is wonderful. She listens to your concerns and quickly addresses them. She analyzes your skin and selects the perfect facial. My skin is glowing and looks more youthful. Thanks, Claudette.

I received a gift certificate for the holidays and I decided to have my makeup professionally done for the first time in my life. Having never been to a spa, I was super nervous but the staff made me feel at ease. While I was waiting for my makeup artist, I had the chance to browse their merchandise. They have a wonderful assortment of items for the home that fit with whatever decorating style you choose. There is also a cafe which looked and smelled wonderful. My makeup artist, Claudette, was awesome! She worked quickly, was funny and entertaining, and most of all, made me look fabulous! I got so many compliments on my makeup and I would absolutely book another appointment with her/recommend her to a friend in a heartbeat.

Ive been going here sporadically for 5 years now. All of the massage therapists here have been phenominal. The front end staff are always polite and caring.Yes, this place is a bit pricey, but here you get what you pay for. The aesthetics are very relaxing, the place is always spotless, and they have the best shower I have ever had the pleasure of showering in.

I decided to treat myself to a full day at Drew Patrick. I was extremely pleased, best day ever!! Carrie was an amazing Massage Therapist!! I had a 50 minute mud wrap and 80 min massage and I was in heaven!! She is awesome. Lunch was amazing, delicious salad topped with turkey, cranberries and other deliciousness. Claudette was my esthetician, she was amazing as well! I had a 80 minute facial and once again I was extremely pleased.. it was by far the best facial I have ever received. I finished off the day with a makeup refresher, and once again Claudette did such an amazing job. I left Drew Patrick feeling like a million bucks and I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Worth every dollar spent!!

Went today to get a massage with my mother and was scheduled for a 2pm appointment that was 80 minutes long. We got called in a little after 2 and our massages werent extended to accommodate this. Our 80 minute massage became 70 minutes. I dont expect service to be cut short at a place like this. Told the person at the counter and he said he would speak to the masseuses

If you are thinking about having a massage done here PLEASE DO NOT GO!! I had the worse experience this morning on Feb 6, 2016 at 9:45 AM. I am a mother of three and I just gave birth to my third baby 2 months ago. I went to the spa so that I can release tension in my back and neck from my recent pregnancy and to also relieve stress and relax my body. As I was driving to the spa I was caught in traffic and plus I live an hour away and ended up being late and I gave them a call and told them that I would be late and the person I spoke to said it was not a problem. Once I got the place and parked I receive a phone call from my babys daycare center saying that MY BABY IS SPITTING UP BLOOD, after hearing such news I could not even concentrate I just wanted to leave right away and rush him to the ER, but I still decided to go inside being that I was already there just as courtesy to the staff and to let them know that I cant do the massage because I have to take my baby to the hospital. The manager as she called herself said to me that First of all you are late and the massage therapist has to get paid and if they are here waiting and the customer dont show up they still have to get paid. I got upset and said to her that I just explain to you about my family emergency and its as if you dont understand. She then said that I am a mother of two so I understand but what you need to understand is that these massage therapist has to get paid and she said I dont know what I am going to do. She said I will give you a call and let you know whether or not I am going to charge you still because she has to talk to the massage therapist first to make a decision. At that point I felt like I was being threatened or forced to do the massage or else I would be charged regardless of my family emergency. I went back to my car and called my husband and see if he could take the baby to the doctor instead and I would meet him at the hospital. I had to go back inside and did the massage which I did not enjoy because all that was on my mind was my baby I just gave birth to two months ago being in the hospital. I had the worse experience. The customer service was horrible and the manager/director has no compassion or understanding for people with that might have last minute family emergency that may occur, its all about the money!! I will never step into this place ever again! And I would not recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful spa and the atmosphere and services are exceptional. Also the gift ship and café..the whole package is extraordinary. Recommend Drew Patrick to anybody who wants to be pampered and find quiet and peace...

I have taken the yoga and surfset classes at this spa in the past and were both excellent. Have bought gift certificates for services as well. This time i had called for a massage for my husband. I had spoken with Miguel who is wonderful by the way, and told him about my husband having this kidney stone pain, and is there any kind of massage that could help him. He immediately conversed with the massage therapist, called me back and had scheduled him an appointment within the hour. Needless to say, the pain my husband was experiencing had decreased and he was able to get back to work the next day. He could not say enough about his experience and how he felt like he was on vacation.

Came here twice for facials and always an amazing experience.
