As a fellow worker in the shopping center I loved coming to get my lunch or breakfast at the café! However it’s very disappointing how greedy they seem to have gotten. I used to get a bacon And egg sandwich for 3.25. Now it has spiked up to over $5!! Even the dessert. This used to be $3 now it’s $5. No more daily visit sadly

King Cullen saved our trip! We were struggling to get groceries to Fire Island and another supermarket in the area was less than helpful, couldnt answer any questions and the person in charge would never answer the phone. King Cullens employees responsible for managing the Fire Island deliveries went out of their way to make sure we had a delivery set up, despite being booked and super busy due to it being in season and a heightened interest with relaxing some COVID-19 restrictions. This grocery store is clean, well-laid out and all employees throughout were friendly when asked for assistance. I wish there was a King Cullen near me for my regular grocery shopping!

Clean and organized all American supermarket. All staff is helpful and professional. Great produce section. Deli top notch. They have a sit down place for lunch. Good prices.

Ive been shopping at this King Kullen since 1987. The store is quite clean and normally very well stocked, albeit a bit small compared to other more modern supermarkets. Their produce section is very good, but beware, recently, more than once, Ive found mold on pre-packaged items... tomatoes, block cheese. The current store manager seems more interested in explaining why its not their fault, then attending to the problem, and removing the bad food. Thats disappointing. Id say the quality of the store has gone somewhat downhill in the last decade, while the prices have got up a lot. This is definitely one of the more expensive places to shop for groceries, which is probably why they usually have more stock than other grocery stores.Also, they have only ONE cart return kiosk in the parking lot, which is kinda ridiculous, and leads to people leaving carts basically all over the place.King Kullen was Americas first supermarket, and at its peak had 53 stores. Now theyre down to 29, and 5 Wild by Nature stores, which are mostly a huge rip-off, but seem to do well in towns with affluent residents. This King Kullen needs to up its game if it wants to continue to compete with Stop & Shop, Shop Rite, Walmart, Target and newcomer Aldi.

My experience at this store is that its clean and only once did I encounter a long line. The cashier Patty who is usually on the limited items registered always manages to make me laugh. We need more people like her.

I Always have a good experience everyone is usually friendly and helpful. The cashiers are always pleasant and we have nice conversations. Just a bit pricey. But I do like the quality.

Beautiful supermarket. Very easy to find just about anything. The lanes are wide and not too long. Well organized. Self service checkouts are common now. But they have a good amount of them in this location

It was a great place to buy cold cuts and other vegetables and fruits. Also the self checkout has amazing maintenance and the cashiers are very kind. I highly suggest shopping at your local King Kullen.

Always very clean, you can find things that you cant find in other grocery stores. Some items are a little pricier than other places though, and I wish it had a little wider selection of organic vegetables, but is excellent for quick grocery shopping trips! One of the last few places to still care about customer service! Also very nice and not too expensive flowers and small plants!

A super supermarket. The King Kullen group really knows what theyre doing. Most importantly they have fresh and well-organized produce including organic offerings. And their staff is outstanding and friendly. Beats all the others.

I shop here every week. Its an older market and not as huge as some newer places, which I prefer. Many of the staff have been there a long time. There are public restrooms, and Bethpage Federal Credit Union has a branch inside. You can also order a birthday cake or sit down and eat a sandwich by the deli area. Its a relaxing, convenient place to shop.

Great store with a great team of staff members. Never a bad experience and they have the best quality of meats, dairy, and produce around. Glad I grew up with a great store.

King Kullen SUCKS. Too Expensive. Go to ShopRite instead for a much better shopping experience.

Its a large grocery store with a great selection of food, both prepared and not. The bakery items are fresh and tasty, Ive never purchased from their seafood department and Im not crazy about the meat. Not that its bad, but theres better meats locally. The biggest downfall is their pricing. Everything ss more expensive there. For me, its a great place if I need eggs milk bread but otherwise I shop elsewhere.

The Bay Shore King Kullen is superb... The Produce is always fresh, the Deli department does a great job with in store made salads and more

Easy in and out shopping as it is a medium size store. Double coupons even on a dollar. I always grab a bouquet for $5. All the employees are very nice.

This market has a butcher to cut meat as you like. It has expensive and inexpensive meats. Large selection of beer. Large bags of ice. Basically a good place in the area to buy things for your BBQ.

When the nearby Target doesnt have it, I come here. Its a little pricier, but its whatever. They also have tasty pizza in the little pizza place they have in the store.

Love the carts for kids. Love the layout. Always quiet. Staff could be a little friendlier.

Bakery did not have one of the two cakes that I ordered for my twins 2nd birthday. they did not have a Baker working that day so they could not even make one also the kids Behind the counter did not care were not wearing gloves or hair nets only good thing about it was the manager actually cared enough refunded my money back for both cakes and apologize

Clean but overpriced and average customer service. Also, the elderly need to be aware of the guy at the service desk that gives incorrect change back with phony receipts. He tried to short change my mom a few weeks ago. She said that he only rings up the seniors with their purchases. Big scammer!

This king kullen is one of a kind. The customer care speaks for itself. I love shopping there because of it. Not just because the prices are low.

Now the Lindenhurst store has an outside bottle return that is loaded with roaches. Only had to go once n stopped. I figured they sprayed to keep them away from inside. I was looking for the price for cookies and on the label was a massive roach the size of a matchbox cars. I told a manager who was with other workers and they laughed. Havent gone back, nor will I ever.

This place was a life saver they have a Bethpage federal bank/loan office there thats open on sundays needed to get my loan check asap and thats what happened super friendly and nice .the king killen is Amazingly clean and they have a pizza counter that makes really really good pizza and a deal of 2 pies for 17.00 thats bananas we have already picked up 2 on my way home from work and the were great totally recommened this supermarket wish there was one by me

Was just sold a rotten salad and a chicken cutlet that was like rubber.The lettuce wasnt just wilted it was liquefied.Unfortunately I couldnt see that underneath the cheese and other toppings they added to hide the fact that they were serving food past its date.This was the last straw for me.Rude staff. Severely overpriced compared to other grocery stores for less quality.The King Kullen name doesnt mean what it used to. Theyve lost my business.

Great selection of produce, including organic. There is also an entire aisle of international foods. The employees are helpful. Stocking of shelves never seems to get in the way of customers.

I always use the self-checkout since I go there pretty late. When I come in earlier I get the same girl who slams my seltzer waters in a bag and gives me the death stare for choosing her checkout. She is fast so I cant complain

Very clean and tidy supermarket but the prices on most everything in the store are much higher than other local supermarkets such like Shoprite, Stop-N-shop and Bests Market. I could never afford to shop at King Kullen weekly thats for darn sure!

I love the Italian bread the fat pizza guy that works there always has a disgusting look on his face and God forbid if you dying for a drink and you grab a little soda out of the fountain he looks at your like he wants to prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law for stealing two mouthfuls of soda well the guy at the deli is given out cold cuts left and right it just doesnt make any sense I have to feel so uneasy while Im getting cold cuts from this death stare at me from the back of my corner vision he probably just hasnt ever gotten laid in really needs to get laid bad and thats just walking into place about 20 ft I didnt even get to the deli yet or even get anywhere else the deli people are pretty nice but they like to push on off brands when you ask for Boars Head I love the manager there he doesnt even know how to use the lottery machine and hes been working there for over 15 years yeah the guy with the glasses but anyways as you Mosey around and go grocery shopping its time to go check out now now the Big Choice do I go to self checkout with the angry bully lady at the podium yelling and spitting food at you while shes munching on stuff or just politely wait on line for the cashier

Larger store and better selection than some of the other KK locations nearby. However, you can probably get most of your staples cheaper at Target, and just swing by KK for the fresh produce you missed.

Smaller store, ok selection, prices are a little high. Great for a quick drop in, but will break the bank if you do your normal weekly shopping here.

I like the fact that its the latest open grocery store. It closes at midnight. I dont like that their prices are noticeably higher than other grocery stores. Its almost like they are hoping that even though you can see the price is higher than normal youll still purchase the item just so you dont have to go to another store to get it. I also dislike the fact that their WIC items are rarely labeled which causes a customer to make several trips to the register because they got the incorrect WIC item.
