Me and my husband were clueless when we were searching for a good quality and not too expensive hot tub so we can relax and help with stress and muscle aches With the help of TOM our salesmen we were able to find the best one . We ordered this one for the space and jets. It’ came fast within weeks about 5 weeks and delivery went well It had a small damage on one of panels but that was quickly Rectified with Tom who helped us through everything from ordering the right tub and fixing any issues right away . All questions and concerns were answered quickly . He is great!!! We LOVE OUR TUB. ITS A BIG TUB BUT NOT OVERBEARING. Helps with stress and body aches. Looks amazing and It’s works well. Heats up great and it’s very comfortable even for tall people. Will seat everyone comfortably. Easy to function and the cover keeps it hot It’s a perfect Hot Tub. Highly recommend !

I can’t say enough about Tom and the experience I had. I wanted a hot tub going into the pandemic winter. Every other dealer had a minimum 25 to 40 week wait time. Tom got us a great tub in less than 6 weeks. In Addition while other dealers were marking up there prices Tom came in at a fraction of their cost. Really great experience - after researching for a long time, found Tom who helped pick out an awesome 110V hot tub. It was a great deal for all the things it came with (lights, waterfall, etc). Always communicated through the whole process and was delivered when promised -- and the exact tub I wanted, vs. more expensive, less features, and double the delivery time for other dealers). Highly recommended to check here when buying a hot tub - we couldnt be more happy.

Hot tub is a hot tub. Once you pick your model you’re on your way. The service and knowledge Tom implements into his customer experience is what sets the bar a few notches higher. I had been in the market for a while and was disappointed with pushy “we don’t need your business take it or leave it” style of sales tactic by other local companies. Last ditch attempt I reached out to Tom, he explained the pros cons and offered to come take a look at his show models. I left that night with a tub on my trailer. Tom is one of those guys you feel you know for ever and could talk for hours. More of a friend than a sales person. I had a minor issue with the install (fault of my own) shot Tom a Text at 9pm on Saturday he’s on the phone walking me through the install. He had my sale everything was done, but still took the time after his side was complete to ensure I was getting more than I paid for.Anyone can sell you something, and when you need help where are they? It’s the way people handle themselves when you’re in a spot that show’s character and integrity. If you’re in the market don’t waste your time. Great experience with Aqua Living. I bought my custom hot tub last summer in August 2019 and it was delivered and installed within 6 weeks. The sales and delivery staff were extremely helpful and I got the best price BY FAR across all of the hot tub outlets, stores, and retailers across Long Island. The best part? Right now everyone is locked in at home during the Corona Pandemic going stir crazy from isolation. But in this house, we spend sunny afternoons in the hot tub drinking wine or even watching the stars at night. By far the best purchase I have made in a very long time. Combined benefits are physical and mental therapy. Quarantine isnt so bad after all :)

I have to say if you want a hot tub this is the place to go. This is the manufacturer of hot tubs so you save so much money. The prices here were $2500 less than hot tub stores. Why wouldn’t you want to save that kind of money? The cool thing is the hot tub you want isn’t manufactured yet. There are a few models there to see and pick from and more selections online. Great company to deal with - from sales to delivery they were extremely professional - highly recommended!!!

This is the place to buy a hot tub! Nice selection of premium tubs at a fair price. The model I bought came with 3 pumps - two for the jets and one lower power one for water filtering / heating. This is the way to go for reliability and cost effective operation. The jets were strong and abundant. The unit also came with a wi-fi module which lets you control the temperature of the tub from you smart phone which is great for raising it up before you get home. The app also has timed reminders for washing the filter and water changes among other things. Jim was great in helping with selecting the tub as well as getting it delivered and up and running. Ive only had a few questions about the tub since taking delivery - Jim and the people at the factory have been very responsive and supportive post sale.
