This place was always amazing Ed and Nicole and their staff were always helpful!!! It was a breath of fresh air. Covid might have gotten the best if them ! The store if no longer there as I drove past it and now its a hair salon. I hope they open a store front again and I will be always searching for them! Before covid I was there once a week! This store was a blessing to me! Sending my love !I was in touch with the owner and they are fully servicing the public online !!! They are outstanding with customer service and have outstanding guidance!!!! Cant wait to get some new crystals.

I’m not real happy with Crystal Cavern at this point. They came highly recommended by a best friend that doesn’t live too far from the location. I made an order to send to a friend and paid for priority shipping and it’s been about a week and my order still hasn’t arrived and I’m checking for updates on tracking and only a label has been created. I’ve tried to contact Crystal Cavern but the email address doesn’t accept emails. Guess I paid for priority shipping for nothing. Don’t think I’m going to order from there again.

This place is SO beautiful! They have an amazing assortment of crystals and anything you may need for day to day magick. The woman working was kind and helpful, just all around a pleasant experience. Plus they have the most beautiful replica of the Charmed Book of Shadows! It’s definitely on my birthday list

I highly recommend The Crystal Cavern! There is a wide variety of crystals to choose from and the prices are fair. The staff there is very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to the crystals. If you are looking for high quality crystals with fair prices, I suggest you go here!

This is the 3rd time Ive tried to go here... never open though the website says it is & the 2 other times the sign on the door said it was open & it wasnt. Not going back. Better call before if you decide

Very nice atmosphere that is warming and inviting, a better design and feel then most other shops, nice helpful staff that aren’t pushy to sell you on things. They offer good classes and good prices. i highly recommend going there to atleast check out what great things they have to offer.

I’m at a lost of words, this place amazing the staff is very knowledgeable. Their selections are endless. At first there was a little miscommunication between the staff and I. However the way the owner Nichole took it upon her self to personally give me a call made me fall in love with the place. I refuse to go any where when it comes to purchasing crystals! I highly recommend Crystal Cavern.Not all plights have a negative outcome.

This place is awesome! Huge selection of so many different products. Had a great time with the staff picking individualized products for each of my kids based on their interests and needs!

This place is great! The shop is so full of nice merchandise and the staff is extremely accommodating and knowledgable. I went there to pick up a bath bomb and left with a mortar and pestle along with a sphere for my boyfriends mom. Im hoping to get back there soon for more because I had my eye on some labradorite !!

Nice store BUT ... compared to other Crystal Shops they are very pricey. Parking is tough and metered and the store is easy to pass by on Main Street.

AH-MAH-ZING. So knowledgeable helpful kind generous super sweet Hannah was the best she explained everything and helped me pick stones that would help me and my issues. Will be going back as soon as possible!!
