It was a rocky start but Emilio came through! The deliver guy were warm friendly and helpful. I basically ordered at the last moment and was not sure that Party Center Online would help. But Emilio went to great lengths to help me even when he was not sure that he could give me what I wanted and needed. They delivered earlier than expected and after the event on the next day (a Sunday) all the tables and chairs were picked up before I woke! I was very happy with that. If I had one criticism, it would be that administration (paper work) had to be redone because the number of chairs and my address had to be changed a number of times and that was not seamless. I chalk that up to the fact that I think that Emilio is overworked and over-committed. Yet, I give him and Party Center Online 5 stars for their service and definitely their price. They are great,

Oh my goodness!!! Emilio from party center was SO nice and quick to respond to any questions or changes I wanted to make, his team showed up at perfect timing for both the set up and take down of the tent, table, and chairs. He works in the rain too!! God bless him for real, you can tell he’s more focused on being a genuine business man rather than someone trying to get every dollar out of you. For that reason we’ve recommended party center to all of our family and will definitely be using them in the future :)

Rented a tent for a party I was having and it was perfect I got the 20x30. It was huge and I was so happy that I found them on such short notice only a few days before my party. This company was great all around, their service, communication & pricing. 10/10 would recommend.

Although there truck broke down the day they were supposed to bring the tables and the extra set up time the next day threw my time completely off. But they promised to make me the first stop and they were at my house by 7:30am they were very polite and courteous everything was nice and clean. I would deffinately give them another try

The Price Compared to other companies are pretty good. My main complaint was the lack of respect for your time. Friday 8/2/19 I had a drop off time of 8x2. When the time got close and nobody called to tell me they were on the way I called and was told tommorrow they would deliver the tables and chairs they were on a big job I felt offended and thought at least they shouldve called me so I couldve planned other things for that time slot. When it was time to pick up the items it was the same thing they never came until the day after. Each time that was done to me it wasted my time bcuz I stayed in the house awaiting them. If I ever need this company again maybe there customer service will be better and they will communicate with there customers better. Big or Small job it shouldnt matter. Businesses work off referrals and advertising so you never know who can make you $$ treat ALL your clients with respect.

I will not use them again..i was trying to save a such money as possable so i wanted to pick up what i ordered ....i asked for 8 ft tables..they were 6 ft..i asked if the tables folded they said no but they did so i got charged $25 for no reason. Not happy!
