Been a customer for years. When I called to request a curbside pick up and pay via credit card was told they can not do that. So took my $250 order to a liquor store who would accommodate during Covid crisis. This place on my ignore list.

Good selection of beers for a small store. Very knowledgeable staff willing to make some excellent suggestions. Prices are as low as the state allows.

Decent selection of craft beers but you have to watch the prices. For example Jackie Os, Oil of Aphrodite is $11.99 here but buy it anywhere else and you only pay $5.99. Also I noticed that the same beer was priced differently by $3 in the cooler versus sitting on the shelf.

Ross has a large selection of craft beer, and whiskey. Most of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

We checked on the Ohio Liquor app to see if they carried Peach Crown Royal and were shocked that they had it. When we called to verify before driving there the lady that answered the phone cut me off and very rudely informed us that “PEACH CROWN ROYAL IS SEASONAL AND NO ONE AROUND HERE WILL HAVE IT” and hung up on me. If I could zero stars I would. Never going here again.

They have a very large selection. The employees are very knowledgeable and can make some great recommendations if you want pointed in the right direction or want to try something new.

I just walked into Ross WIne and Liquor after picking up a prescription for my daughter at Walgreens. I thought Id check it out while I was there for some upcoming events that I am having that require wine...lots of wine. I did a cursory walk through the store, but was in a rush so thought I would come back on another day. As I was leaving, the cashier called me back into the store and asked to search my purse! Being the wife of an attorney and a citizen that knows my rights, I should have declined, but I was so taken aback that I handed him my purse, which he opened and checked out. Yikes! Ladies, if you plan on going there, be sure to take your clutch.

Best selection for miles around!

Do not go to if you have an ID from another state. The clerk was extremely rude saying it was the states fault for not giving them a ID scanner. Ive been there many times and its been just fine but since the management changed everything has gotten worse. If you dont want to deal with awful people go to convenient, exact same products (cheeper btw) and the staff is awsome always rember customers, welcome and thank them.
