Bought a big boy Friedrich AC from this spot like 10 years ago.It needed one of the channels cleared which caused leakage.Scheduled an appointment, two dudes came and cleared the channel.No fuss no muss.Id def buy from this spot again and call them up for any maintenance of my AC unit.Yes, I would.

I found a refrigerator that was right size the service was great, we will see how delivery goes, i have bought appliances before over the years and they are still going im very satisfied, since alot of people were flooded out its hard tp find certain things

Im not sure what some of these bad reviews are about. I only had good experiences with Triangle TV. Dave literally knows everything about appliances. I spoke to other appliance stores when I shopped around, and Dave gives you his time and knowledge. That is trust and thats why Ive purchased my appliances here. Ive read that people want to support Mom and Pop Shops, but want the Big Box retailer price. People dont understand that thats the opposite of wanting to support Mom and Pop.. Anyway I am leaving this review, because after a year of my last purchase I emailed Dave with a question regarding my Friedrich PTAC A/C Unit regarding servicing and we spoke on the phone for 30-45 minute with an in depth explanation of the function of my unit and what I can expect. Everything he said totally made sense. My Unit is fine and works perfectly no servicing necessary.

I will no longer shop there. Earlier in December I went to the owner explained to him I am doing a Holiday Toy Drive for kids in need in Bayonne if I can count on him for his support, and post my flyer on his door, he refused to help. Without customers, he will go out of business, we support him . Time for him to donate a single toy for a child he failed us as a community.

Great guys that provide great service ! Daves great to talk to as well made sure I got my heater installed the same week as I bought it.The only thing Id prefer theyd done is wore masks when they sent their guys in for installation. I offered them gloves but they claimed they tested negative a few days ago. While that might be true Id have felt a lot more comfortable if Id seen them wear masks and gloves before they entered the house.

These guys came over and fixed my washer, thought i was doomed to buy another one, great service. I plan on supporting my local business from now on with any repairs and future purchases!!

Fabulous service. Dave has encyclopedic knowledge of appliances. He can advise you. He does not rip you off. Honest, attentive, kind, knowledgeable. Great service. He’s on top of things. He wants and appreciated you business. He is not a big box store where you can’t even find a sales person. Personal service which is rare these days.

These guys are absolutely amazing! Ordered a Friedrich PTAC Unit from them and even though it wasn’t in stock, it arrived in like two days. The guy on the phone was really helpful in getting us the right unit. And then the installation was even more amazing. The guys were really fast, really knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly! Will continue to use these guys and will recommend them to anyone!

I have three in wall sleeve air conditioning units. They needed to be removed and cleaned and then reinstalled. The two gentlemen who showed up yesterday to my house were amazing. It was pouring rain thunder and lightning, and they took those air-conditioners out to the front lawn under a giant umbrella and cleaned them spotless. They didn’t leave a single drop of any kind of mess anywhere. They were pleasant, professional and a bit entertaining LOL. I highly recommend this company they are always wonderful .

I tried to give them my business with the purchase of a refrigerator ( just a plan run of the mill white apartment size refrigerator no bells and whistles) the price was much higher then Lowes and they charge delivery which Lowe’s does not. ( I know this to be true since 3 weeks ago I purchased a refrigerator for my home and paid zero delivery) the owner was not thrilled and a bit curt with his comments ! The difference of price over all is $270 which I prefer to keep in my pocket so I had to give my business to Lowes. My wallet could not support the Mom and Pop store!

These people are behind rude & unprofessional. So badly wanted to give my local store the business instead of a franchise but because of the repulsive behavior I had no choice but to drop them. Ask to be paid before doing the job and then never answers the phone. He did show up during the day it didnt call prior and was upset why no one was home to open the door. With all type of excuses, this is still not fixed
