I had never post a review for any business before. But, I had to for this auto shop. My car had overheated on my way to the NJ Turnpike S from NY. It was so scary and I was so very lucky to able get off the closest exit, 53rd street and the shop was right there! They were literally closing in 5 mins. The owner and one of his mechanics was so pleasant and willing to help. The owner took a look and found the issue immediately. The best news is that he was able to fix it and had me and my family on the road within 30 mins. and the charge was extremely reasonable. He explained to me what the problem was and assured me that I will be okay driving 50 miles home or even to California. He also advised me of other potential near future issues that I should get fixed when I get back home. Thank you so much for fixing my car and being such a honest business man! Wish there were more people like you.

Very professional and welcome their customers, any problem i have with my 2000 Ford Mustang he fixes within couple hours and charge little to nothing for labor mainly just payin for the part. DEF a mechanic that doesn’t try to run you for your pocket like most mechanics in the area . Give this place a try and u will see their true honestly and hard work !!!

I came in on a Saturday morning thinking that theyll be able to replace my rotors, however, I was informed that I also needed brake pads. Up front and honest, which I like. So, I got what I needed and scheduled my service during the week. Its a Thursday and I can see the mechanic is almost finished with my rear tires and its only been about 1.5 hours! Their professionalism, friendliness, quality of work and their pricing is worth it! I definitely would recommend Bayonne Auto Repair for your repair needs. Wont cost you an arm and a leg and the mechanics are upfront and honest. They would prefer cash, but card works, too.

I changed my battery 2004 honda pilot this guys are the best !! i always bring anyone who got a problem to my man of asian decent lol he done worked on my mazda cx-7 the honda pilot and my friends and family’s cars and never had one problem he is a very righteous dude and does not over charge. god bless you my brother !

Great place to go to if you need car repair. The mechanics here are well knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I bought my car for a brake replacement and the mechanic found out another problem with my car. My car needed a wheel bearing on the two front tired. I had taken my car to alot of other mechanics and they never mentioned an issue with my car even though it was making a loud noise. He was the only one that was able to identify the problem and cared about doing it right. The work was also reasonably priced for comparable work. Car has been running well ever since for both the wheel bearings replacement and the brake replacement. Overall I recommend coming here if you have any car issues.

Short version: These guys are AWESOME!Long version: I live up in NY, but I ended up down here while driving for Lyft. Well my 2013 Ford Fiesta broke down before I could leave the area, due to transmission malfunction. I ended up spending the night in my car, waiting for the shop to open. Once they did, I waited a few minutes for someone to be free. I told him what happened and he immediately went over to inspect it. Then he had someone use the diagnostic on it and told me it was indeed the transmission and that it would need to be replaced. They also informed me about the lawsuit thats going on for it (which I was aware of), and suggested I go to the Ford dealership nearby and gave me the address. Being that Im a young female, and almost completely ignorant when it comes to cars, I was worried that they would take advantage of that and charge me an arm and a leg. But instead they were pleasant, honest, and didnt charge me a penny.I wish I lived closer so I could have them service my car more often!
