Be prepared to pay so you can get unloaded.what an abuse!!!!

An year ago, I would’ve given a five star review in a blink of an eye. Their item selection is great, I would lie if I say otherwise! Starting this year, the customer support and logistics have let us down every time they had a chance to! I’m opening my store, a seasonal business, for Memorial Day weekend with no eggs, milk or yogurt because they were too busy to deliver my order! And I got to learn that at 6 pm the night before I was supposed to get my delivery so I didn’t have a chance to work on this with an alternative supplier.Mistaken orders, out of stock staple items, and a whole lot of lies - “our truck has an issue” actually means your order is too small for us, “this item has been discontinued” actually means we no longer carry it (I’ve contacted manufacturers to ask them why do you discontinue an item that’s been a bestseller and they are like “There’s no such thing”). Nobody bothers to give you a decent explanation, and nobody has the decency and the courage to apologize when they make a mistake. When a business is outgrowing too fast and its customers are no longer of any importance to it, their end is near. I’ve never felt that neglected, unimportant, and disrespected and I work with way bigger suppliers than them. Think twice when starting your account with them.

If you have a refrigerated load you use Pulaski docks, if you got dry use docks on other side of building. Broker told me I got a 1000 appointment, I got there by noon and they didnt say anything and I was the only truck there. Good people that dont complain, they just do their job

One of the hardest working team Ive ever worked with and they wholesale the BEST premium natural food products and support local brands. Theyve grown so rapidly and had to restructure many things. Anyone that has been involved in the food and beverage industry for several years knows that distribution is the hardest job in the equation and theres Not a single perfect company. Many great brands have been able to be recognized in the North East and Mid Attlantic regions thanks to the combined efforts of the sales managers, warehouse staff, and drivers.

Loading docks on main street. Easy to back in. Just watch behind you to block traffic.

Unprofessional. Orders have consistently arrived with missing items and no explanation. The customer service team has done nothing to remedy the situation, instead suggesting that I place another $200 order just to receive what I originally purchased. Will no longer source Trickling Springs items from this distributor.

Anyone that knows just how hard it is to run a distribution company; Anyone that knows exactly how much can go wrong with this type of business; knows that Rainforest does a damn fine job and the best part about this company is that they continue to improve everyday.

Ive worked with Rainforest distribution for almost a year and on occasion Ive experienced small shortages of one or two items which was tolerable however in a period of a month it had gotten much worse. Three of my four previous orders have been short. The 4th was short about 50% of the items I ordered! The third was short around 33% and the most recent one was short 75%! Saying that this has had an adverse effect on my company would be an understatement and it has caused me a great deal of frustration and stress. Ive never gotten a statement or phone call explaining the shortage, apologizing for it or perhaps trying to compensate me in some way; Nothing. Rainforest distribution weather on purpose or inadvertently has consistently shown that they either do not have small businesses as a priority or it does not care about them. Do not use them.

Worst place to ever work... no where near good enough to work as a first job. Unprofessional in every way. Use you to your advantage and expect so much from you... supervisor is lazy etc THE WORST

The only reason I am giving one star is because I feel terrible for the poor individuals that had to answer my calls of complaint and the guaranteed complaints of future customers. I have never worked with such an unprofessional and inept company in my life. A weekly milk order must be Rainforest Dist. Kryptonite. Broken bottles, missing cases, unkept promises, accidental charges, unwanted orders, and much much more. They have lost an account with a company comprised of 6 different locations due to their incompetence. Thousands of dollars spent monthly will be given to someone else. I highly recommend Trickling Springs be in charge of their own distribution.

They start to unload from 6am I park in the street, papal deliveries and you take turns there is only 1 door and sometimes 2 to receive the others are from their companies
