Very unhappy with Quartzmaster quality and service. After making two trips to hand pick my quartz I still don’t feel like I got the correct one but I guess I’ll never know. The sample was cream based and the countertop wound up being grey based. Additionally, the quartz is always streaky, always appears to have a film on it, and overall very dissatisfied with such a huge lifetime investment. Go elsewhere.
I went online to ask for a sample on 1/13. I received an email back telling me it would be 10 business days which puts it around 1/27. At the end of January I replied back to the email asking for an update, no reply. Today 2/7 I call and the person who answered said Oh sorry about that we dont have any samples and the person who handles the emails is no longer with us. Wow! I told her then it is your companies loss as I was planning to do my entire kitchen. Terrible service if you ask me. I m so glad I did not purchase their products.

Thank you guys for do you are so kind, fix my porcelain on a Sunday. I bought it three years ago.
I purchased Quartz Masters Calcutta Grey for our kitchen when we built our beach house. When installed our builder pointed out the shadowing in the surface. It looks like overspray. I have had Cambria in our previous homes and never experienced this. I had the rep come to look at it and he said this is normal. 3 years later and it bothers me every time I look at it. Yes, we cleaned with the recommended Comet and Soft scrub. It is in the surface not on top of it. I think it is an inferior product and will never purchase Quartz Master. again and warn anyone who is considering it to find an an alternative.
I am a fabricator in the Tri-State area. My clients always rave about the selection and the quartz colors. I myself and happy with the service, quick delivery and knowledge of the workers. Thanks for everything guys!
*** UPDATE*** I found a product (softscrub with bleach) that gets rid of most of the staining well (with the exception of some rust areas), so I am much happier with the countertops and changed my review from a 1 to a 4.We had these installed in September of 2017, less than a year ago, and at first I loved our new countertops. Beautiful color and price - although the installers of VIP Granite were sloppy and even scratched a few of my new cabinets which required a new panel, I refrained from leaving a review. Contrary to the quartz claims, as well as my salesperson claims about the resilience of quartz ( and I quote It is resistant to cracks, stains etc - VIP granite Salesperson), my white countertops looks filthy. They retain stains after just a few minutes, including rings and newly darkened areas. I have purchased the recommended cleaner and scrub, both of which did not work. I reached out to two different people within Quartz Masters regarding warranty and I have not gotten a response. my guess, they will claim I received a bad batch, but I am weary about the quality of the brand.
Garbage Quartz and bad customer service.
