Today was my last visit to General plumbing supply in Bayonne. This place is terrible none of these employees outside of one is wearing a mask. We are in a pandemic and they are careless and disrespectful not to be wearing masks. Not one employee in their inside sales department is wearing a mask. At their counter area none but one is wearing a mask and the others either don’t have one on or it’s hanging under their chins. When I asked them about not wearing them I was laughed at. The cashier didn’t have a mask on and when I went to pick up material in the back of warehouse they also didn’t have masks on. There is no social distancing what so ever I was surrounded by 10 other customers/employees in a confined space some not wearing masks either. If you want to stay COVID free avoid coming to this place if I could I would give them not even one star.

Horrible customer service, unfriendly miserable workers. I walked in and walked right out, would rather drive 25 minutes away and give my business elsewhere.

This week I had a steam boiler problem - was convinced pressure was running way too high and it needed a new pressuretrol and gauge. Went into GSP and got great advice as well as the parts, came home and spent an hour replacing them, and boiler is now working flawlessly. I really appreciate the help I got.

The worst customer service! We were stranded on the side of the road and had to park in their parking lot (for 5 minutes) when a man came out running screaming and cursing at us that we are not allowed to be there and made us move our car. We are locals to Bayonne and after this altercation I will never step foot inside their business and make sure no one else does. This is not how you treat women or potential customers.

Awful. I was all but ignored when I went into the Bayonne showroom. A plumber walked in and they started to help him and ignored me. Just watched me basically wandering around after answering a few brief questions. Unfriendly staff. I walked out.

OMG!!! This place was a lifesaver!!! They did not have the item I needed in stock, but the advice from Kevin and Mark was so so valuable!!! I was able to repair a bleeder valve on a radiator!!! They were very professional and extremely pleasant!!! To me that means a lot! I can fix computers with ease! However, handyman DIY stuff around the house is a challenge for me! Their advice made me more confident that I could get the job done!!! Thank you Mark and Kevin!!!

Has a great stock of supplies. Sometimes its difficult to find someone with the time to help you out with products or projects while you are in the store and on the phone. But if you know what you need this place is great

Darren is a great sales representative. He helped me with figuring out what I needed for a plumbing issue.

Horrible experience still waiting 3 month later for a replacement toilet. Sales personal is inexperience and management does not care about the final customers, only contractor. Better to go to Lowes or Homedepot
