This C-Town has been a reliable source of goods since the pandemic began. The staff is always helpful and courteous in assisting we customers in the aisles and on line. A great local yet major store for our area!

A pretty decent local grocery store. It has a wide enough selection of stuff including a good collection of spanish food if that is your thing.

Very rude manager. I have been going to this C-town for years as I am a Bayonne resident. The newer manager has been following me around for weeks when I have randomly stopped to pick up a couple of items after working at a Hospital. I happened to have purchased Toilet Paper from Walgreens (The Walgreens brand) and he confronted me accusing me of stealing while I was paying for my items at the register. This man is very unprofessional and he does not have to ability to properly manage a store. You have now lost a good customer due to your incompetence and ignorance.

Everybody in the store was very helpful from cashiers to the workers in the back.. overall grade service

Clean store, friendly staff. I like the fresh fruits and vegetables selection. This is the closest market to me and quite convenient if I need a few items.

Great local market. Owner is always pleasant and thoughtful. They are doing a great job during the pandemic. Store is clean and surprisingly well stocked considering the circumstances. Employees are helpful and professional.

Please do not buy your coconuts here when I got mine they were rotten not completely but they were rotten from the middle layer

Love this place! Excellent meats, cold cuts and salads. Fresh bread and rolls, reminds me of the supermarkets from days gone by! Limited free parking around the corner, quick check out, in and out like Sauerkraut!

It’s just a good store. The employees are very nice and helpful and, the owner is a great guy.If you need to get in and out with your things this is the place.

They do a fantastic job with delivery to the elderly and mobility impaired populations of our great city of Bayonne NJ. I needed groceries for a dear family member and the manager was very warm, efficient and kept her word on the time of delivery and the items were an exact match to the order given . Best service in town .

I dont find a ton of deals here and some items are priced higher than in comparable supermarkets. I do like the variety of hispanic foods that they stock here. I havent know too many supermarkets in Bayonne where I can get specific hispanic foods.

A little expensivw but everything is easy to find and the staff are friendly.

Great place to shop. Has Mom and Pop atmosphere compared to the larger food marts available. Produce is always fresh, Meats are top quality. Only downside is the parking. Very limited, otherwise Id give it a shot!!!!

Decent, fresh fruits and vegetables and a good deal (lower cost and better than the bigger supermarkets in Bayonne). Love it when they have fage - wish they had it more. Its small and convenient when you dont want to deal with shop rite or stop and shop. Only downside is that a few things are slightly pricier than them.

Everything thats on sale is fresh.

Everything was clean, produce section is organized and fruit and vegetables were fresh. Deli counter had Boars Head cold cuts and aisles were also organized. Other than deli counter person needing to be a bit more customer friendly, the prices were good and I would shop there to pick up a few items. Store overall needs to be larger, aisles are cramped as is their Jersey City location.

I always come here to buy small groceries. Fruit-Veggie are mostly fresh. Prices are quite cheap.They have good weekly deals on different products.Also, there are Arabic and Polish products available.

Good neighborhood grocery. I go here when I’m missing an item for a meal or just need a few things to tide me over. Sometimes you’ll find organic produce for a decent price. Not a huge assortment but this place is great in a pinch and the staff is always friendly.

Its a small local market with a deli. They dont skimp on cashiers so you almost never have to wait. The prices are a bit higher than national chains but still reasonable. Ive been shopping here for a month with no issues.

Nice little supermarket. Pretty clean and never had problems with staff. Sometimes you can get some decent bargains here and never had any problems with meat or poultry here. There prices here a generally a little higher then bigger supermarket chains but not by much. If any drawbacks is there produce selection isnt as big as others and there isnt any parking lot for it since it sits on Broadway proper. Other then that I would recommend this store. Its located at 35th St. and Broadway in Bayonne, N.J.

Very close convenient location. Bit on the pricey side compared to shoprite and Walmart. But thats all about being convenient. There is only 3 spots to use around back so if there is no spot close enough just go elsewhere. Better prices anyway. There needs to be be something done for customers who need to park closer such as elderly and handicap people.update 11/2020 these prices have gone up quite a bit. i would prefer Walmart shopping for better prices and deals. the girls at check out are very pleasant and are very respectful, but other than that your better off going to Walmart.

Produce never fails as the lowest in quality in this town. Prices are higher than anyone else. Quality of everything sucks.

Good prices on canned goods and frozen items. Im usually wary when purchasing produce or meats as the quality can vary. Tip: Get your staple ingredients from here, and your produce from Shop-Rite.

I give C-Town four stars as they are pricey, but terribly convenient. Small parking lot, open till10 PM . Your order can be called in and delivered to your door for $10 or $12. Best shopping is for the items on sale; great sales. Always check receipt as some items dont ring up correctly. CarryNon GMO cereals. Fresh produce; Deli dept.(no fish); frozen foods; dairy dept., cheeses, yogurt; bread and fresh rolls; small HABA; cigarettes; lottery; SNAP card accepted.

It seems that this store always likes to hire beautiful young cashiers. Its a good place to go for the basics but the prices are better elsewhere

Great city store market

Ctown is a great local grocery store. Their produce is outstanding. The staff is very friendly. They have good weekly specials. The store is spotless.

Eggs are usually well priced. Have bought items where the expiration date was good; however, the food had mold on it, which must be due to poor refrigeration. Also the produce is often wilted. I have even seen moldy fruit. The store often has a bad smell in the back left corner near the poultry and dairy cases. I still go there occasionally (for eggs) but I know to be very careful about checking the items before purchasing

I enjoy the convenience of c town being close and available. They have a very good deli section i think...the store itself could use some renovation, the cashier staff are always friendly and helpful.

They cram lots into small store, making the aisles difficult to navigateFor a local shop its convenient but pricey. My favorite are their bagels which always seem to be fresh.
