Actually i went on 8/9/21 and the female worker helped me QUICKLY so i was in and out without delay but i didnt get her name

I would give this store zero stars if I could. Absolutely terrible return policy. Dont waste your time just go to home depot. Would explain why theres not many customers. Will definitely never shop there again, over priced and awful customer service.

I am so disappointed because of the service.I ordered a car key and calling them every single week to ask about it.Its about a month now and they keep telling me we will give you a call and never happen, we will try to reach to the guy to cut your key, its been a month and they didntget in touch with me, and when I asked to get my money back they were like sorry we cant.So unprofessional to deal with.

It was really really bad experience with people. They do not know how to deal with customers.They should learn and take class on it how to satisfied and deal customers.I gave one star because they really need it this time they really deserve it.I came there for key duplicate but I looked two people working in this store a man and a an aged lady I was talking them very politely and giving respect to them but both embarrassed me badly insulted me and ignored me front of all customers then I came out from store and really disappointed I suggest to people don’t go to this store kindly go on other stores.Lot of good people working on other stores...

I have to say, for a neighborhood hardware store, this place Rocks! The manager is awesome and can help with almost any project, from broken pipes to paining. She really knows her stuff. This place even stocks items that are hard to find. Highly recommend!

Had to get screws for this bumper shock protector I brought for my vehicle. The older woman with salt and pepper hair and glasses was a blessing. She helped me find screws and put this bumper guard on my car. She was patient and we didnt find the right screw til the 3rd try. She kept coming outside with me amd fitting the screws until we got it right and I appreciate her so much. 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

Helpful service, good inventory

Worst experience and service I have ran across, waited 9 days to have a screen door repaired, when I called about it they could not find, when I showed them the receipt they said it was picked up. After looking again they found it in back on a shelf, the repair was of poor quality, then they were unable to.return the money, would never ever recommend this store to anyone
