I am pleased to write a review for Alan Gross. I have had several hearing tests at several facilities over the past 6 years. The prior facilities were very nice. The facilities sold me costly hearing aids, but I only had a minimal hearing improvement. My hearing continued to get worse and I was often depressed. I was anti-social, because I could not participate in conversations. I missed words and was reluctant to respond to people.I was referred to Alan by my children. I was not optimistic. After a short hearing test, he immediately diagnosed the sounds I was not hearing. He made several recommendations and then suggested hearing aids. He programed the hearing aids based upon his diagnosis. The hearing aids he recommended were excellent. From the time I walked out his office my life has changed, because I can hear again. I haven’t had to say, “What did you say”.Alan is enthusiastic about his work and goes that extra yard to help his patients.

Dr Gross is a pure professional. He truly cares about his patients and their wellbeing. I was growing more removed from people and events because of my hearing loss. He diagnosed my hearing loss and made recommendations for the right kind of hearing aids that would improve my life. He gave me as much time during my initial and follow up appointments to listen, adjust my hearing aids and explain everything in detail to me. He changed my life and I highly recommend him to anyone having hearing problems.
