Don’t ever be a worker here for night shift. They treat their employees like garbage. There are some employees that get treated like royalty and some that don’t even get recognition. Management goes by your appearance and how you express yourself to be chosen. And the pay is absolutely horrible. They’re cheap to their workers who absolutely work their hardest to complete the task. Workers are bothered by management a lot and are threatening the workers to work at a faster pace if not will be written up. To all companies that receive wrong items. It’s the systems fault not the workers. The workers at night deserve to be treated better. We all do the best that we can and don’t even get credited for it . Also it’s very dust infected, boxes have been sitting there for years. That’s a health hazard. & also You don’t complete your 40 hours here.

I have been in the restaurant business for the past 27 years. I have dealt with many distributors a long the way and I must say that my Sales rep Carlos is spot on. He knows the product, very attentive and aims to please. I have been working with Carlos to built the product that best suits us to grow. I Halper as a company in total is Amazing. They arent greedy and they support you in every way. It dont matter if you are a small or Large account to them. I recommend I. Halper to anyone that is a business owner or Manager. I sometimes need last minute product and Carlos puts the order together for me and The next morning a driver or my self go and pick up the order. Keep up the fantastic work. Thank you Chef D !

It is Very Sad to say that I am a Bayonne resident for over 20 years and a Business owner for more than 15 and have never experienced such horrible professionalism. It’s a shame they’re companies like this still open for business. Extremely unprofessional customer service. After speaking to someone on the phone inquiring about opening a new business account I was asked to come in, so I did and was told immediately “we don’t serve walk in customers and are not open to the public“ I was then told nope sorry you need to call and speak to a sales rep after explaining I was just asked to come in personally to open a business account. After being pretty much turned away at the door I then had to ask them for the sales reps number to contact. Giving the ladies the benefit of the doubt I decided to give the reps call. And to my surprise after stating I wanted to open a business account I was rudely told oh I’m sorry we don’t do orders less then $300. Not even knowing I could easily spend $1000+ on supplies. I was immediately apaled. This is why Amazon, Walmart gets bigger and bigger. Can’t wait for Cosco to open! Would never recommend this company to anyone. Good luck.
