Great liquor store with really good prices.

Some great deals can be had; selections can be a bit limited; Costco membership not necessary; young ladies working there are great!

Today I came to Costo spent a good amount money in the store. And figured I come into the BBB. Just in case I was at a funeral for someone we lost 3 days ago and in the Morning had to Put another close family member in the Hospital. COVID-19 is real. Why I say this because its personal and I have feelings thats have nothing to do with the store but Real people have Real lives and in customer service you should have empathy. Also I am celebrating a 2 year Anniversary. None of Your business really but its been a long road. Well I came in but could not bring in my loaded cart. So I had to leave it outside and ask the store associate who I worked with Named Tony...but about 4 to 6 months ago who was really bad then but I thought maybe he was having a bad day which is not my job I am here to be serviced so I worked with another Lovely girl with Glasses shes Great. As a result I bought a lot from her one day and she was happy not the point. So today Tony was standing there mind you I by the door asking him questions but he never got closer to give me personal attention which is Rude. So I just closed the deal myself just asking get me a certain item also stating a number of times my cart is outside so to check it. I placed the money on the counter nicely staing because he placed my bottle on the counter and for like three minutes and was fumbling with something under the counter IDK for what? This is why I said please take the money I will check my cart thought implies ring me out. Now the point was confirmed because he proceeded to check out other members though I came first had to persuade him to allow me to do he job which was simply, I had not help from him, and when the managers came he said I was througing my money around?????? Now I am confused 😕 is that what you were thinking Tony the whole time because it sounds like You have a personal problem and should not be taking money because you barely want to sell the product so what is your job dont sell, dont take money, dont provide excellent service, and Aggrivate me a Loyal Customer. Later I came back and worked with the Manager but Tony You Failed‼️ ‼️ I Am Not happy at All with You. BY THE WAY GOD FORBID YOU DO GET A BALLER THAT WANTS TO THROUGH HIS MONEY AROUND IN THERE WHAT YOU GONNA DO CURSE HIM OUT AND AGGRIVATE HIM PSA TO BALLERS AND RICH DONT COME TO COSTO BBB LIQUORS YOU NOT ALLOWED TO THROW MONEY AROUND TONY FOR YOU OK FEEL BETTER I HOPE😉
