My #1 bike shop everyone one has mixed opinions about this place they say high pricing, delayed work and poor customer service. Everything said to keep me away BUT once I got there Im not sure who they were dealing with but BayHarbor is the #1 bike shop on Staten island Ive always gotten my bike back as promised and also had more than fair pricing given to me. Noel and J are heaven sent bike angels! Prior to becoming there customer I called for a couple tips and info and she was beyond helpful! Love that place

On my 5th bike, 3rd Harley and I cant stand pompous Harley dealerships... wish I found Danny earlier, I wouldnt have sold any of them and they would have never sat in anyones backyard for years. Bay Cycle is the ONLY place, no comparison on prices and workmanship.

Call to see if I could get my Wheel in .was told to call back .But was asked what the problem was and was given a solution.If it doesnt work was told to call back and they would try to get me in.

This is the 5th bike mechanic I have used for my Ducati within the tri-State and Danny is by far the best! His knowledge and love for bikes is so evident as well as his honesty towards customers. He is more concerned about doing a great job than making money. I’ve been ripped off so many times in the past- such a pleasure to find such an amazing shop! What can I say that hasn’t been said already about Danny and Bay Cycle? Brought my 1981 Honda CB750 in (which had not run in about two and a half years) and simply asked Danny to get it running. He explained everything it could have been, told me it might be a bit pricey given the amount of troubleshooting, and sent me on my way telling me he would call me soon. I get a call from Danny a few days later telling me the bike is running as perfect as it can be. Mind you this is a bike that I have extensively tinkered with and modified, that wasn’t an issue for Danny, spent the time to get the job done the right way. He even gave me a rear shock to install myself, free of charge after riding my bike. Thank Danny for the excellent service I will most definitely be bringing my bike back in the future!

By far the best motorcycle repair experience ever. I brought in my bike to be lowered and the turnaround time was amazing! Very next day it was done! Danny is the best! He had even encountered some issues with my bike but handled it like a pro! It was a breeze. He even accommodated my pick up timing. You will not be disappointed here!

Danny and his crew are awesome. I have seen Danny go way out of his way to help a dude out that had a last minute issue with his bike and a run planned for the next day. Danny has been repairing bikes for 4 decades and still rides hard. The only 1 star review by Onex Money is BS. They dont over charge. Some clowns just dont understand how a business works.

Seems to be running this business for decades.Note: they have minor issues with phones: sometimes you cant reach them due to phone number was disconnected. Keep trying cause your bike worth it

Danny and his team are amazing. I bought in my 2011 Suzuki GSX-R 750 with a possibility of a strip spark plug. They were able to fix it with in 2 hours. Danny straight up said he will try his best to see if he can get me out the same day and delivered. They are 100% genuine and I would bring my bike again without any hesitation. Just had an initial contact with the owner. Set up an appointment to get a bike looked at. Was very knowledgeable and helpful. The only thing that was annoying is I tried to call though out the day and could never get through.

Danny is very knowledgable and helpful when it came to my 2012 BMW S1000RR exhaust installation. he advised me with all the questionable issues that would arise and was quick to research the issues and find the answers.

BIG BIG BIG RIP OFF. he tells you keep the bike for few days and charges you SO MUCH.. 350 for fork seals... Crazy prices.. I stoped going to him

Danny is the best ! Most honest guy you’ll ever encounter. I brought in a 2007 Hayabusa that was sputtering pretty constant. Danny did advise me that it could be a number of things but he said lets take a look at the bike first. He called me up the next day and said : nothing major just a spark plug somehow got moisture on it? I said ok great! So he suggested just to replace them all, ( also some other minor repairs) being that he had the plugs all exposed anyways. I said ok great do it. The point of my post is that I was looking at worst case scenario couple thousand to repair this bike but with Danny’s honesty i rode my bike out the shop paying couple hundred! I highly recommend this shop.

Theyve been more than helpful to me on many occasions. I brought my GSXR-750 there and they havent steered me wrong yet. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.
