As a small-business owner, I depend on UPS to get my packages where they need to be in a timely manner at a reasonable price. UPS does just that, and this location in Bayonne is the best at getting the job done. Keith, the manager there, is always totally on-point, polite, efficient, and never overwhelmed by the huge number of packages constantly rolling in and out of that place. Even though the room theyre in is pretty small, Keith manages to keep it all going with no muss and no fuss. Totally solid guy, always #1 in customer service. The best!!

I live in Bayonne for over two years. As an eBay seller, Ive dealt with this location often. Theyve always been great but today they really saved the day and I appreciated it enough that I felt obligated to point out the employees exemplary service.I recently sold a 88-key digital piano on eBay and shipping it was a nightmare. I couldnt find a box anywhere, so I ended up with this giant adjustable moving box from Lowes that was really designed for big screen TVs. It was much bigger than I needed but it was all they had the would accommodate the pianos 4 1/2 length.Long story short I am wrestling with this thing. Cant get it to stay shut. Run out of tape. Cram it into my car. Its falling apart. Im frustrated and annoyed. I dragged it into UPS Store, frazzled and all over the place, and just Someone please, help me! I was the personification of a train wreck.The woman was so helpful she immediately was like come back here let me help you. I was apologizing profusely about the big awkward box, feeling like an idiot. Babbling on about not being able to tape it, this and that. She was just like sir we got this. Dont even worry about it. Relax just leave it here. Heres your receipt. Were gonna pack it properly, tape it. Everything. Youre good.I didnt get you name miss but THANK YOU. You saved the day that was driving me crazy. I hope whatever manager is reading this gives this girl a raise because service like that is hard to come by these days. The UPS store in Bayonne has an excellent and helpful staff and general, but this woman really went above and beyond. Thanks again!

I went there for an eBay shipment and I was assisted by a nice young lady her name was Natasha so helpful with all the information so patient and helping because I didnt know what to do first time shipping out so kind and out going even helped me with the package labels and also helping me package up the box she definitely deserves a raise for all the things that she does great social skills and people person also the customer got their products shipped out nice and safely thanks to Natasha I really hope to see her again every time I go theyre so she could assist me

Went into the store for international shipping for the first time didnt really know what to do but this young nice lady with glasses and blonde hair helped me she was so helpful and so nice very patient and guiding me through the steps with everything and also helping me with my package to send it out great little conversation also while shipping up a package great employee great service if Im not mistaken I think the employers name was Natasha

I love this UPS Store, Keith and his staff are phenomenal.. Always receive great help with my out going and in coming packages. Never had any issues with staff or this store... Keep up the great job Keith and Staff..***Note: For those of you bitchin and whining about them being slow and have lines outside the door, then maybe people should have the packages ready and labeled before going to the store, thats whats slows them down yet alone with the ridiculous 20/20 questions. Buy a label online and just drop off instead quick and easy... And yes Ive personally seen this first hand many times... SMFH

I went to the UPS Store and I had an Amazon sweatshirt on and the guy at counter said Oh we don’t do business with Amazon employees, which I thought was a ridiculous comment, I will never go there again. I ended up going to the USPS and shipped my package. I think that was really unprofessional!!! I do not recommend this store !!!

Went for a notary today and was made to wait for 40 mins. Terrible people work here. Both of them have no coordination nor Care for their customers. Such morons. Both should be replaced.

I needed notary services as well as a complicated print job. Keith was super helpful, patient, and kind and got the job done. I actually tried this store after not getting much help at Staples. Keith is the best.

I’ve dropped off packages here several times. Everyone is nice, helpful and generally the service is quick. However, they clearly don’t own a broom or vacuum. Glad this franchise owner chose to open a shipping store and not a restaurant.

I stopped in the store on my way to work to quickly drop off a package. There was a women in front me being helped I patiently waited my turn. While I’m waiting another customer walks in the counter person (male, glasses, black hair) finishes up with the customer before me and quickly began helping the customer who walked in after me. I politely said that I was next, which in fact, I was next. The counter person then aggressively starts to wave his hands, head, and shoulders yelling “well you don’t have to be rude about it”😧 I wasn’t rude I simply acknowledge that you chose to take another customer over me knowing that I was waiting. Based on what? Does my brown skin mean I have extra time to wait. He was wrong and falsely accused me of being rule. And he was aggressive and caused I seen I was extremely uncomfortable. I lived I Bayonne I entire life. I’ve been to this location many times in the past and always received excellent service. This person ignored me and then tried to humiliate me. The worst customer service. Every customer should be treated in a respectable manner.

Too crowded, all the time--no matter when you go theres a line out the door, and they are slow at servicing people so you wait a long time.

I believe the owner is the one that usually take cares of me, but he remembers me by my name and have them all ready for pick up as soon as I get there! These people will yes you to death on the phone and tell you they are unable to ship your packages. The people working pointed figures at each other and argued over who wouldn’t have to take care of my order. Bad business.

Great customer service. On the phone and In person (as I called ahead w a question before I stopped in). I was waiting a bit at the registerfor my order to finish processing and every person who walked in while I was there waiting was treated friendly and taken care of w a smile.Gotta say I was impressed w that coming from a ups place. 👍🏻
