Theyre having a big sales in microwave if you needed you should go before they are gone, I got a SAMSUNG because its my favorite brand but they have much more to select from.P.s. I spent more time here @ home depot than my own home 😆

Set up where you can find what you are looking for easily. Staff doesnt really come ask if you need their assistance...I know Ive walked aimlessly not knowing what I was looking for and they have to be hunted down. But they are busy and I take that into consideration! Home depot is my go to place when I need any home improvements

I have used this home Depot many times in the past two years for both work and personal projects.Very seldomly do they not have the item I am looking for. Prices are good and selection is great. Very competitive Lowes with many prices being better.Outside garden is small compared to Lowes across the street but that doesnt really cause me an issue.Overall I am satisfied with this home Depot and will continue to visit.

It was okay, went to get boxes for my great move! The service is great; as usual. The boxes were not the best. They fell apart once fill with items and the boxes are not fond of tape. Get the heavy boxes.

Bought sheetrock and 8 bags of concrete, the young guy that we asked to help load was really nice. My husband was loading a bag of concrete and the guy told him that he could do it so my husband wouldnt get dirty.

80 employees, zero help. Tried to purchase a cordless band saw, all the power tools are locked up. looked for a hard 5 minutes for someone to open the tool cage, they informed that they didnt have the tool I wanted, only the display model, I turned to ask about another, more expensive band saw, but they had already vanished. Went to check out with some Sawzall blades only to find that the only check out lanes open were self check out, dropped the blades on a counter and walked out.

Very great selection of the items I needed to perform the job. Found the valve I needed with no problem. My go to store for all of my projects.

After asking three associates I was finally able to get someone to come help me cut two keys. The key cutting machine is fabulous though and stores your info digitally if you register it online so that if you need to make more copies you can do so without the key in the future.

Manager Nachole Nikki Jackson was so professional, she treated my wife and I just like family. The best manager Ive talked with in a long time, very friendly and helpful. I will be back and send friends and family.

Truly disappointed in the customer service I was given, even the customer care was not helpful. What ever happened to taking care of the customer. I accidentally left a product at the bottom of my basket. And even though it could be seen by the exit door, they would not honor the purchase. I will now shop elsewhere. Sad.

Terrible customer service had multiple products in power tool section priced wrong. Manger literally gave no interest in correcting issues. Keep in mind these are Milwaukee so they are locked and tagged by employees. Real shame that this store has a terrible person for a representative.

Had some Karen chase me down close to the appliance section just to tell me I need a mask. You lost a big spending customer. Lowes had no problem taking my money.

Home depot succeeded where Lowes failed. Went looking for a pipe repair kit to fix the water coming into my house. Lowes didnt have it, but the kind folks at the home depot went and helped me find what I needed. I was out and able to temporarily fix the split pipe until a plumber can come out and permanently repair it. Thanks home depot for coming through in the clutch!

This Home Depot is average. They have a lot of stuff so much there are several choke points that jam traffic. Like right by the registers you know where people are forced to stand and wait in the front of the store where all the people coming in are trying to walk back and forth between the aisles. Why is there 7 pallets of cleaning supplies there instead of i dont know ANYWHERE ELSE.

I order a electric stove feb. 12, 2021. It was supposed to deliver 2 weeks later. They called and rescheduled it for March 11, 2021. Will this morning I check and it told me I had to call. So when I called they told me they could not deliver my stove because I had the wrong zip code. I told them just deliver it to the store then . They said no I would have to cancel the order and start over again. So now I have been waiting a month just using a hot plate and electric skillet in my kitchen. Now will have to wait another month because most of their stove are backorder. Are out of stock. The guys name was Devin employee no.51100. COSTOMER First is not a policy of there’s. Do Not Come First .

I never go to home depot mostly because of the unnecessary high prices, but after looking online for a part I needed, it was the only place that had it. I called to verify before driving all the way there. After 15 minutes of trying to speak with someone in that department.....not even customer service would help me on the phone. No answer from the department, I just went over there. Only to find several of that departments employees lounging around, offering no help, and to of course find that the part was not there.Thanks Home Depot for reminding me why I dont go there.

Just went to three different departments, ceiling fans, cabinets and flooring. I could not find one person In an of the three departments to help me. Pick-up lockers!!! When I have to buy just a few items I like to look it up on the app I had the option of buying it and store Pick-up (that was new to me here) so I went through the process than I could either have someone bring it to my car or get it from the locker. When I got to the store it was posted outside the entrance where the lockers were and you just scan your code it pops open!! Took all of 5min including parking. Loved the convenience and time saved

Its a home Depot, very little help

I found everything that I was looking for to the point that I have gone back today and I am going to go back tomorrow. I am crazily about planting it seems and they have everything you can possibly need to make your own garden even if it is inside and its small, and the prices are very reasonable, almost cheap for the amount of things weve got to start our own herb 🌿 garden and succulent planters we are putting together. This is a great place to go when you want to be able to grow something pretty. I cant wait to go back there and look for more to make my home awesome! We loved Home Depot! Thanks so much for everything.

Quick in and out. Had what I needed.

This is the worst Home Depot in Texas. Im convinced of it. They turn a 20 minute task into something that takes up an entire day. I went in to return an item and people at the return desk look busy but only one or two people are actually helping anyone. Everyone else is just pretending until a supervisor comes over and makes them help. Avoid this place if you can.

Good store. Had everything I needed in stock with good prices.Been here a few more times and each time the lines have been nice and fast so you can get what you need and make it a quick stop and go.

Lumber and floor scrapers wow!

I wasnt able to get the gas trimmer that I originally went to get, but I got one just as good for only $20 more. It also fits all my attachments, so Im happy. I was able to finish cutting down my tree this past weekend. :-) Emily was very helpful, and tried to find the one I thought I needed. Great job, Emily.

Shop here all the time. They have great customer service. My only thing is that with new faces mask mandate which I on board with it. The past two days i went in i seen several people without them and no one from the store asking them to place one on themselves or leave.

Went in and asked an associate about where to find something, 1 minute later it was in my cart! Got the patio heater, works great!

Well to start I am handicap and the way they have the parking lot set up is more convenient for them and not customers, by having the middle handicapped blocked off. Since you have to walk to one place to go in and then on opposite side you come out. So best place to park would be the middle especially if handicap. Prices are good here, came in to buy appliances. Now as far as customer service a little lacking. Took 10 minutes to get someone in appliances. Would have taken longer but we went and found someone ourselves. Also just watch what prices are being put in to system as the prices marked on the appliances are not what is in the computer so just double check.

The home depot always has what I need. Only thing is getting assistance when I need it. Seems everytime I need some assistance its hard to get a hold of someone.
