Had my head unit done on my 2001, Silverado, Pete was very professional and explained the answers to my questions on radios, kits, wiring, and sub woofers. Definitely would recommend going there for any needs, they’ll be honest with you and explain what the best outcome on certain products is, recommendations. This place dont tell you all the extras for new radio. And had to buy extra module of some sort in order for my steering controls to work. And are still having a hard time to get them to work. E en the workers dont know how to figure it out. They have to call 1 800# to try and figured it out. 1 1/2 hrs. And still here...

I had been coming here for a while until today. For years Id buy cheap cars and come here to put a decent radio in. This year I bought a nice truck so I wanted to put a good name brand radio. I buy a kenwood touch screen well I come back to ask how the app feature works after I see online its possible. The middle eastern fella said it was not possible. When I asked why would it be on the radio if it was capable of doing it. He said he didnt know. I drove down to Best Buy and a high school kid explained how it worked and gave me what I needed to get it working. DO NOT COME HERE I HAD TO LEARN THE HARD WAY!!! THIS PLACE IS ONLY GOOD FOR CHEAP CARS WITH BASIC NEEDS.

Unfortunately I have to give a one star, I went into the shop looking to get info and possibly make a purchase and an install on a modest system for my truck but I recieved nothing, no information or product because the man behind the counter didnt even acknowledge me, I was there for about 10 min and was never told anything asked to hold on for a second. Thats just bad customer service, I can understand if you have to ask me to wait while you finish helping someone else but to just not even acknowledge me at all is something else, I left and Ill take my business somewhere else.

I had taken a Jeep Wrangler to this place so they can install a head unit, replace all factory speakers and an amplifier which I provided all the parts for. Their responsibility was only to install all components and wiring for all. All though everything was functional, I was not content with the installation whatsoever. Upon looking throughout inside the plastic panel covers I discovered the following:Wiring was spliced at the sound bar for speakers after being instructed to replace all wiring to the speakers.Some of the plastic panel tabs were broken from when either removing or reinstalling the panelsWiring was exposed in some places throughout the Jeep framePower wire was not inserted correctly through the firewall going to the batteryWiring was exposed underneath the front dash due to being shortAmplifier was not correctly anchored down. Could have simply used Velcro vs screws since the carpet is very thinFuse block for power wire was not anchored down underneath the hoodTaping was done with poor craftsmanship around connections.Short distance of ground wire was spliced when could have installed without splicing.I have done audio installations on previous vehicles I have owned and would definitely not had done any of this. The reason I didnt do it and had them do it was due to not having time. I did however made very clear expectations of what I wanted and they had assured me it would be a very clean profesional installation once complete.I have learned my lesson and now will have to redo the complete installation. Will not be taking any of my vehicles in the future.

Yall do not ever use world wide stereo on Garth road. They have completely messed my car up. The owner is a complete joke. The alarm I purchased from them not even 4 months ago quit working after I changed my battery. According to the manufacturer they just need to reprogram the alarm. Now after them having my car multiple time doing what the tech told them to do. Which by the way the alarm company is saying they would never have told them to do some of the things they did. The owner instructed the employee to put it back together and not to touch it again. His comment to me was well did you want me to return it to you taken apart. Now I am left with a car that will not lock because they not only did not fix the alarm they installed but they also messed up my factory alarm voiding my warranty with Mazda. So now after paying $500 I have to take it to a real shop that knows what they are doing and pay them to fix it.

Went to have my speakers wired into my amp and have dash tweets put in well they call and said it was ready when I got there was laying out in the back floorboard and not under the seat they said my front speaker was bad and when I looked in my dash my old tweets were still in there and not the new ones I paid for plus installation so when I said something they said oh its not ready ..they called me and told me it was ready they tried to rip me off and hope I didnt notice so went I took it to another place the speaker they said was bad it wasnt hooked up it was fine so they tried to sell me stuff saying mine was bad when it was good they just didnt hook it up ..dont go to this place they are bad new will rip you off in a heart beat

I visited this place when it was on Alexander Drive in Baytown some 30 years ago. After seeing the reviews, I cant believe Yogi is still in business. I was a teen at the time and wanting a power booster for my stereo in my Trans Am. WWS sold me an inferior amp, then blamed me for it not working. The tech told me the amp was bad but the owner would not take responsibility. To this day, Id rather listen to air, than buy ANYTHING from this merchant.

Very dishonest place. This place doesnt deserve a star. Customer service is horrible and they hide in the back and cheat you. Do NOT go here. Even the employees complain about the no good owner.

Customer service sucks, way over priced on everything, and they take 3 hours to do a simple radio install and charge you an arm and a leg for every second.

I bought some hids obviously youre suppose to sell everything with the kit that your paying for its obvious so I buy the lights the Indian guy says if you want us to install them for you its $67 more the lights were $75.76 plus $67 more no hell no dont come to this shop there trying to make money off you I install the lights they turn on but when the vehicle is on the lights turn off and they dont stay on the flicker and turn off so I tell him somethings wrong with your lights and he says no if you pay us $67 we can make them work for you . Dont bother coming here theres other shops that will get you working and down the road the rite way .
