Highly recommend !!!! Very reasonable prices, probably the best prices in town and when they delivered the table, chairs, and bounce house they even helped me move some stuff so that I can set up! Ive used them twice, everybodys very nice very helpful and you will not be sorry if you use this company thank you guys I really appreciate everything that you did for me this year with my party!

Where do I even begin,I was the decorator/ planner for my sister 10 year vow renewal yesterday. I ordered tent and lights from The Party House months in advance!I was told my tent would be delivered at Noon. Which sound are perfect! I ordered table and chairs from Aztec Rentals (THANK GOD) it was scheduled for 8-12. Catered food was arriving at 5:30.Well, 1:30 rolls around and no tent. I can’t set up without knowing how the tent will be angled by the bayou where vow renewal was taking place. I called she told me they don’t answer the phone when they are setting up and basically couldn’t give me a time. So now it’s 3:45 and I’m freaking out! So I called again, this time she starts yelling at me that “she is at a clients house and this is unprofessional” to me. I thought I was a paying client too?? She threatened to cancel my tent and not bring it. I WOULDNT of rented the tent if I didn’t need it. I was calling to much basically but I’m sorry 5 1/2 hour window from the original time you time me is NOT OKAY!The tent for delivered at 5:30! The wedding started at 6:00!! I have guest helping me set up! Unacceptable!! Completely unacceptable!I WILL NOT USE HER AGAIN, and she has sent up for a couple of my daughter birthday. But this experience was horrible. I missed an hour of it due me having to get dressed to still attend it!

Would certainly recommend The Party House for your next party/event. They are very friendly and professional.

I should’ve read the reviews first before booking from this highly over priced place. I am very unsatisfied with her lack of professionalism and creativity. This past weekend I had a gender reveal which is a special occasion so from pictures I had seen posted of this place I thought oh it’s going to be nice... Me and my wife we’re disappointed and the gender reveal box was two boxes on top of each other one wrapped in pink paper and the other in blue which she could’ve done a better job especially since this is my first kid.. I went to party city and seen so many great decorations for the ocasión and would’ve saved so much money.. so I guess next time that’s what ima do..

I send people to the party house all the time. I rent from them and they usually have things even last minute. If they dont have what I need the owner Priscilla makes suggestions on what I can do with the rental items she does have to come up with something similar. I have never had her be rude to me or my staff. You cant go wrong with the party house.

We all know planning parties are extremely stressful. We spend several months planning and planning and just know that things will be absolutely perfect!! Reality is nothing ever goes as planned. No matter what it is we never have full control of the way things will go. Things happen but it takes a great business to find solutions and make your dreams turn into a reality. I would 100% recommend The Party House for all your rental needs. They will go the extra mile to get the job done. Priscilla quickly found solutions to the minut issues we had days prior to our event and kept her word the day of the party. I will definitely be using her services again. Thank you again Priscilla for all you did for us!

I firmly agree with the previous review of giving this place a negative star. First of all its a dump, second of all your party guest most likely wont be able to find it due to no signage. The shady owner wants you to honor a contract that they dont give to you. We were not given our deposit back. They should be giving us money to use this place. You are better off not having a party at all then to have to rely this facility.

I guess I should have read the reviews first.. but it is now 1230 our party started at 12 and they dropped off table and chairs at 1145 and still waiting on the wet and dry bounce house. I do not RECOMMEND them to anyone. They did not even give me a call to let me know they were running behind!!!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL NOR ARE THEY DEPENDABLE!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM IT WILL RUIN YOUR EVENT!!

The owners are shady ! Ruined my sons first birthday party paid over 1,000 in decorations and linens which she used plastics on all tables Please don’t go to this place! In Pasadena you will find it cheaper And way better! They were rude to my wife and mother In law! Decorated very late! HATE this pLace

DO NOT RENT! You will not get your deposit back. She will get you for the smallest things like a piece of confetti on the floor! Pricilla is so unprofessional and rude. If you don’t want to deal with a person that acts like she’s coming from the streets do not go there!

Great prices, machine was wonderful. Excellent customer service. Will be using them again in a couple months.

If I could give NO stars I would!I called this establishment 2 weeks before my sons 4th birthday party in search of all 4 ninja turtle costumes. When I called I got the owner, she assured me she had all four, but wasn’t at the office at the time to take my deposit and to call back the next day. I did, I got a different employee and she was questionable about the number to turtle costumes they had. I told her the owner assured me they had all four, she said “ok, well she is the owner so she would know what we have” she took my $25 deposit and I told her I’d be there 2 Saturdays from then to pick them up. BEFORE hanging up I asked her to please consult with her owner and MAKE SURE they had all four costumes, and if for ANY reason they didn’t to PLEASE give me a call and we could go from there. A week and a half goes by with no call from them. Fast forward to yesterday (3/29/2019) I arrive at 3:30 PM THE DAY BEFORE MY PARTY, to pick up the costumes. I walk in, introduce myself and tell her I was here to pick up the costumes. She looks at me so casually and says “We found 2, but we were unable to find the other 2”. I lost my mind. She was the one that I spoke to on the phone and asked for a phone call should they not have all 4. She told me “I was going to call you today” mind you, it was 3:30 in the evening the day before my party. There was no remorse from her. The only thing she had to say was “Well, I didn’t charge you the deposit”. She had no intentions of trying to right her wrong. Had she called me, I would have appreciated that and taken the two they had.They have ZERO organization skills, seeing as how none of them know there exact inventory.And ZERO customer service skills. My sons 4th birthday party went without 4 ninja turtles.

We rented out this place for the first time for my baby shower and my daughters 2nd birthday party. Several things that dissapointed me was that I asked for rectangle tables and got a mixture of round and rectangle tables when i had asked for all rectangle tables also I said that it was baby shower theme of lion king mixed with moana theme for my daughters 2nd birthday they told me they could do it fine took there word moana theme was great but for lion king i had a back splash that said happy birthday so basically nothing was for baby shower. I called two days prior to my party and asked if all the candy bags we’re going to have candy and if the piñata was going to have candy the young lady stated that they were that I only had to worrie about the piñata. I bought the candy only for piñata come to find out at the party i didnt have candy in the candy bags so i was not able to break the piñata because i filled up the candy bags. Another thing was that they told me i could pick up keys at 9am and that it would be already decorated which also was another lie because when I went at 9am to pick up the keys they still hadn’t even started to decorate or to install tables. When speaking to the person in charge of the place inregards to all these issues she stated she couldnt do anything about it because she delivered everything her employee said even though they delivered what the wanted in regards to table, theme, and candy.Basically they make you feel everything is going to come out great but is just making money not worried about the customer because that what she stated that she was running a business.

I advise everyone not to purchase anything from this establishment, you will be 100% unsatisfied, Priscilla is the worst customer service oriented individual Ive ever met. Take your money to another business.

I wish I could leave zero stars!!! The shady owner will not honor the fact that her employees imformed me that there was no delivery fee for tables and chairs but wants to call and have an attitude saying that its a $25 fee for delivery. When I imformed her that that was not what was told to me she said that that did not matter that she was the owner and I either pay or I would have no tables and chairs for my party even though I hald already paid for them in advance. Never had this kind of experience in my life and I would not recomend anyone to go to this place all they want is your money no matter what. I also wanted a piñata and was told it would we a certain price, size and style but then she calles me and tells me that I was once again misinformed on everything and she could not do it and there would be no refund and I had to pay more for what I wanted after I had already paid for...it was her business fault she hired them, she should train them to know her merchandise and prizes...

NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. If i could rate 0 stars i would.. First of all, the place was dirty for a starters. The restroom had s*** on the toilet. The floors looked DIRTY. They ruined my whole entire party package and the girl even had the nerve to be rude about it. I payed extra for them to decorate the entire hall for my daughters first birthday and pricilla only sent a girl to put up a crappy backdrop that didnt even look good at all. The flowers on it kept falling off throughout the party and it was just a total mess. I only had ONE hour to decorate the whole entire hall. I specifically ordered the white chairs and they gave me some ugly brown ones and most were broken! And to top it off my whole family stayed after to clean everything up after and we didnt even get our deposit back because it wasnt clean.. as if it was clean to begin with. I trusted pricilla to help me throw an amazing birthday for my daughter but that was a terrible mistake. Definitely will NOT be doing business with The Party House again.

Great place to find and order party supplies for just about any occasion. I stopped by here to look at 1st birthday supplies and they had a lot to choose from. They have piñatas, decor, big helium balloons, and even bounce houses. Precilla was very friendly and helpful . She is hand making jungle animal party bags for my sons 1st b day! Oh yeah, did I mention she has a real talking parrot there named Henery that greets you as soon as you walk in the door and they hand make many things there, even all the piñatas! Very neat stuff! Check them out!!!

Products are really cheap and I had to buy more balloons, because a couple of them busted as I was walking to my car.
