I needed some printing done for my fathers funeral service. The company I originally worked with told me the week of the service they could not do the job. I was almost hysterical and googled printing. I met with Jeannette at Kona and within an hour she had my plan set up, calmed me down and my order was beyond perfect. The cost was almost the same as quoted by the other company that could not deliver. I will always recommend this company for their professionalism, their caring and understanding of the customer and the job. Its really nice doing business with them!

My company used Kona Printing for T- Shirts and Koozies for our event last year and we were highly satisfied so we planned on using them again instead of our original people. Fast forward to June 2020. We ordered a customize canopy with the same colors that were on the t-shirts and koozies. We picked up picked up our tent in July and the color was completely wrong and not what I approved. I sent an email and picture. End of July I was told the tent was being reprinted. August comes never heard anything about our reprinted tent being complete so I follow up. They again said it was being reprinted. September- I was told I would be received the tent within a week. October- I was told they went to another vendor. At this point I am aggravated because this was ordered for a job. It is not December 1st and I have sent multiple emails, called and have gotten no response. We sent about $700 on this tent.I will never use them again.

Friendly service when I got there, but one week later and I havent heard a word from them about my t-shirts. Im quite disappointed because I was hoping to do business with them . Taking my business elsewhere. Do better guys!

Ive been going to Kona for about 3 years now and will continue. I work with Leslie every time. Her and I have a great relationship now and thats just from me ordering different items from her. She will go well out of her way to make sure my order is correct and looks great. As a new business owner she has definitely made my life a lot easier. We are good friends now and it makes ordering fun for me.

This company was a life saver for me! I needed baseball jerseys printed in less than 16 hours for a tournament and they came through!! They sat down with me at the close of business on a Thursday to design the jersey and then had them ordered and printed my 3 PM Friday!!!

Ive been giving this company my business for the last few years but today this company will no longer get any of my business, not that they may seem to care. I went to place an order in March but after countless attempts of trying to get the young lady in the front to email me proof of my order or even get her to return my calls like she said she would (at least a 1/2 dozen times) I had to make 3 trips to Kona just to check on the status of my order. Finally I spoke with a lady name Jeannette and she was able to email the proof after two weeks of trying with the young lady at the front desk. Fast forward another two weeks I still hadnt received any call about my order all the while I was being told by the young lady at the front desk that the order will be complete this week (I was told this every week for four weeks in a row). I finally decided today to go there for a fourth time just to find out the shirts I ordered were labeled incorrectly and the invoices were still not ready. This whole experience has been totally unacceptable!!!!

Dont waste your time with his business. Called and asked a question girl who answered the phone had could care less attitude. Showed up at store there was no one at front desk nobody answered to several calls of hello could have stolen everything in the store and no one was there to stop you or cared or helped you waited 10 minutes and side with no one showing up or helping then left to spend my money elsewhere

All was good when I first started going here to get stuff printed. Staff was friendly and the work I wanted printed was completed really quickly. But as time has gone by theyve acted very disorganized and have given me the impression they dont want my business. I was literally told you can go to Office Depot (still wondering if it was a suggestion or an order.) after they failed to print one file that I sent them last Friday, it is now Thursday. One file. 20 copies. She said yes I can make that happen when I asked if they would have it ready by Wednesday. Thursday by the latest. Im obviously not alone in my problems with this printer as the other reviews suggest. Just really disappointed and extremely dissatisfied with the lack of integrity and respect from kona. You may want to consider other options for your printing needs.

I wish I could give this business NO STARS! We ordered hats to be embroidered for our employees and not only did they screw them up, but it took them over 3 months to make them and then turn around and say they couldnt fix them. They made it seem like it was our fault that their machine didnt work properly. They were particularly rude as well throughout the whole process even though we gave them plenty of opportunities to make it right. Horrible experience, I dont know how they are even still in business.

Horrible company to do business with.Placed a order with them 4 times and each time there were issues. I placed a order 3 weeks ago and called today and Chip stated he already delivered the copies personally when he never did. He specifically lied over the phone without even apologizing for the error on his behalf. I dont recommend doing anytime of business with this company they are completely unorganized and confused.

Ive bought business cards from them in the past and never had issues. However, on Thursday September 17th, 2015 I went in to order new cards and change a few things on the cards. When I asked how long it would take to get the new business cards, I was told within three business days upon getting the proof approval via email within twenty four hours. I didnt receive any emails. I called and checked status on Tuesday, September 22nd, 2015 and was told well a email was sent on Friday September 18th. There was no email sent on that date to me. They sent me the proof approval email while I was on the phone with them. It wasnt correct. I replied back that they missed some changes. I called the next day Wednesday, September 23rd and was placed on hold for several minutes while they see whats the status. I was then informed Im waiting for the proof to be corrected from the card designer. Here it is a total of 8 business days and I still havent heard anything about the order of my business cards!!!! If I knew this was the service I was going to get I would have gone somewhere else.

Whatever time limit they tell you your order will be done within. Go ahead and triple that. Very unorganized and unable to complete large orders efficiently. Ordered 400+ hats, was told they would be done in 2 weeks. 2 months later after they avoided our phone calls and emails constantly they said they were done. We ended up rejecting 120 of them because they were TERRIBLE. After their mess up they tried to jack the price up per hat to make up for their lost sales. Will never use them again.
