I ordered a candle from Bath and Body Works and it came in broken. I always order from them and this was the first time its ever happened. I sent and email letting them know about the broken product and they sent me a new one right away! Awesome customers service. Their candles are my favorite and I refuse to get them from other stores. Love their sales! Thank you for replacing my broken candle!

This is my go to store for all my hand soaps, lotions and body wash. They ALWAYS have awesome sales. They will be open for the whole time during the construction of the new mall😁

I absolutely adore this place. I always have their coupons they mail me and wait till they have great sales (like mothers day, buy 3 get 3 free etc...) And I will go wild!!!!! I have been doing this for decades!

The employees are always helpful out on the floor. I found everything I was looking for and I got out in a timely manner. The store is always clean and well stocked.

This store was amazing, but it closed on December 31, 2019. It will reopen when the mall is remodeled. I will miss it and can’t wait for the new one to open.

Really good sales on select candles $10.50. Three dollar ($3) hand soap. Some items are 75% off. More items are seasonal!The lines were long at check out, and they moved really slow. Only 2 cashiers.

Eventhough the mall sucks, I love this store. The ladies are always so helpful and making exchanges and returns are a breeze. Never overcrowded when I go and they always seem to remember me. I always take advantage of the many sales and never hesitate to ask questions.

Ive always come to this store for all of my scented needs. Yet since they are closing the stores in the mall due to the restructure, they arent restocking anything. I hope they keep this store in this shopping area, I love it!

Store details say open at 7am it’s now 7:48 the lady stated the store was not opening until 9am but they made the decision to open at 8am. She was so unprofessional no sorry, customer service skills were very poor.

These are the best smelling candles!! Great when you hit a good sale.

The products are as good as they always have been. No question of quality. But the prices are ridiculous and signage is misleading. There were signs covering the entire store about a sale that only applied to a few items. They should only put signs next to items or shelves that the sales apply to. It was confusing and irritating. Even a sales associate was confused and told me that a sign applied to more items than it did. I only found out when I received my total that she was incorrect.

Always a nice deal for the ladies:buy2 get 1 free or buy3 get 3free

I called before making the drive, in the rain, for a specific fragrance and was told they had it, only to get to the store and find out they didnt.

I went really excited to buy some products on the annual sale, but guess what I found 3 tables with products, and one of the tables the product look like they were opened already used it, all the lotion was out of the bottle and spread it around the cap, like hell no, if your trying to go there, just dont go, I hope this location returns to what it was before they started building, bit for right now ill give it a 1 star
