Purchased a storage shed on display outside, Daytime manager that sold it to me told me to come back after store closed which also states on receipt to come pick up after store is closed with no specific time, Ok I went back same day when store was closed and asked the Night time manager that I needed them to get a employee to move their vehicle out of the way because it was blocking the ability for flatbed to get to the shed, she did not want to help me and accused me of being a thief and would not take a moment to look at my receipt because she stated I probably created a fake receipt, she stated I am not permitted to take the shed, a shed I payed for and no longer belonged to Home Depot, she said come tmrw during business hours. The most unprofessional manager I have ever encountered And I was beyond offended by her allegations stating that Im a thief. She should be fired or demoted at the least. But went back the next day during business hours made a big scene and got my shed, I would never go to Home Depot to purchase anything not even to buy a piece of candy ever again. I go to Lowe’s across the street where in fact most prices are cheaper The Home Depot and I haven’t had a bad experience at Lowe’s especially to be assumed to be a thief or anything of that nature. I would give negative stars but I have to put 1 to post this. So I recommend when buying a shed on display get it soon as you pay for it regardless if parking lot is full of customers otherwise you won’t be able to get it after store hours. Or just avoid buying from them all together. Save yourself the hassle and go else where

People was helpful but not very informed. Told us the gas dryer wasnt able to be converted to propane. Went to Lowes and bought the same model with info on conversion kit
