Sold me a VE Passat and promised me a key. Within 2 weeks it is intermittent throwing a check engine light. Dealership says take it to a VW dealer which does not help since that is not covered under warranty. Still no key and they gave me the key guys number and he says Ill call you when I am out that way. He doesnt and the dealership basically just made me go through a 3rd party instead of taking care of the key. The front fog light is out now as well. Now the screen for the radio is out so no backup camera no clock nothing. So I have a car with less than 60k miles with these problems. Lets see if they fix them. I would not buy a used car from them. They certainly sold me a 🍋...Update talked to Mark Reed and he told me since they lost money on me buying the car they would not do anything. The salesperson offered to split some of the repair cost which was nice but I did not want him to come out of pocket for his bad employer.

I will never bring my vehicles here again for repair. I brought my Dodge Ram truck here for repair and they lied and stated that they had replaced all of my exhaust manifold bolts which they did not. I warned my wife before bringing her Dodge Durango there I checked her battery before dropping her truck off for repair. They lied stating that she needed a new battery and a starter which would cost us $2200 plus $150 for diagnose testing. I was so disappointed with them that I decided to go there and pick my vehicle up and take it elsewhere to be repaired. I called and spoke with staff who informed me that if I come to pick my truck up and if they dont fix it that I will need to pay an additional $150 for diagnose testing which would have been $300 for diagnose testing. I had my truck fixed for under $1000 and I did not need a battery. However, I have reasons to believe that they drained the fluid on purpose out of my transfer case in my Durango causing me to have to replace it. Stay away from this place. Bad service and bad business.

Mr. Russell made it a hassle free experience. I originally went to look and found something that was shiny and caught my eye. Ya know after a brief negotiation he came back with a deal I couldnt believe. But wait theres more when went to sign on dotted line the finance guy was able to squeeze a little more joy out the finance company and slip the platinum maintenance package, and precover the lift kit I planned on putting on my jeep in the contract. I know I know they can do that dummy they just add it to my note.... explain this he got my note down another 50 bucks a month. I feel like I hit the power ball. There aint enough stars to give these guys.

I have recently started reading reviews before going to a dealership because I had a very unpleasant experience prior to coming to Bayshore. They had a lot of good reviews and only a few negative ones so I thought I would give them a chance. I have never had a better experience, I will always use them in the future. I live about 4 hours away and had already started the process of valuing my trade over the phone and getting the drive out amount. We made the trip there and nothing changed, the amount never changed and they did not lower my trade in value. Auriel is the best, ask for her!!

I wish I could leave less than one star. Do not ever shop here or use their repair shop. They take advantage of anyone that walks through their doors. Ever since they have done a routine oil change on my car there has been nothing but problems. My Jeep had no problems for over 100K miles but they have manged to completely ruin my vehicle. The last time my car sat in their shop for 5 whole days and they couldnt find anything wrong so they cleared the code and they charged me $150 for absolutely no work done. They have no competent technicians on payroll and they just want as much money as possible without actually fixing anything.

Had warranty coverage on my vehicle when I got a notification that my front parking sensors needed service. Upon arrival (Friday, 5/7/21)I was told there was no codes that could be seen so it would take an extra few days. I was okay with that because warranty was going to cover a rental. Called on Monday to see if they had figured out the problem. I was told she would go check and give me a call back. Had to call again that evening and she said she had just gotten the paperwork back from the tech and it stated there was an internal error on one of the front sensors. She stated it was covered under warranty, part would be in on Tuesday and my vehicle would be ready on Wednesday. On Tuesday, she contacted my husband(Not myself) to inform him that the sensor was crack and a rock chip had broken the sensor so it would not be covered! When my husband informed me, I called to try and find out what happened and why things had changed. From this point on she was extremely short with me. I had to keep calling to check on the status of the repair. Finally drove to the dealership and as we were walking into the service department she called stating it was ready. Still had to wait over 20 minutes. She did bring us the sensor that needed repair. All that was seen was a few paint chips.(just like the ones that were not repaired) we never once got an apology for the fact that the story changed. Service was taken in by Ray(lyn).

Todays Service Excellent and thank you Nicole for taking care of me. Made me feel like a special customer. Previous experience was not so hot so that is why the 4 out of 5 and not a perfect rating. You yourself should still go in for service.... I could have just had a person with an off day.

Do not shop here.. I warn you do not shop here. They said they were having a credit forgiveness sale for all credit types. Gyselle text me and said “all you need is your ID and proof of income to tool out” I have a great job with great income and very low expenses. I had bad credit but they said they are having a CREDIT FORGIVENESS SALE. I verified everything over the phone before I got there .. drove an hour for them to deny me in 5 mins. They said I haven’t had credit in the last 6months so my score showed 0. I have two credit cards.. not sure how that’s possible. They scam you to get you there just to run your credit. DO NOT trust these people. I spoke with the manager and he said “ I’ll tell her to correct her wording” that was it. Not even an apology. They guaranteed me a car through text based on their “Special”. I will continue to post and spread the word to my followers and them to theirs and reach who we can in Texas. These people should be out of business!!
