10/10 for sure. Theres I few things I would like to say. First off Im blown away. Jeremy completely blew me away. I walked in expecting someone just to try to upsale me on products just to make an extra buck. I was completely wrong, the knowledge and professionalism this guy has is unbelievable. I was given options on what exactly I can do with my truck. He explained everything that he was going to do and put in. Broke down the price on the calculator. The guy made me feel like we were buddies for years. The installation on my subs are clean wires tucked away. I will be continuing service through him. Friends are being recommended to him.

Jeremy hooked it up. He was very knowledgeable. He quoted it could take an hour to install a double din receiver. He did it in less than 30 minutes. Not only did he install it. Afterwards, he took his time to show me how to work it.

Ive dealt with car stereo sound 1 on Baker rd and they did ok on my old truck, the hispanic salesman there is kind of rude but prices are great, but car stereo sound 2 on Garth rd was the best experience ive had with car audio so far and i waited a month or so to put my review incase id have any issues with my equipment . Jeremy the salesman is very knowledgeable and gave me a few different options for my 14 Chevy silverado and i called before i took my truck up there to set an appointment and spoke with junior and he also gave me some options as well and we decided what equipment to go with and set an appointment, the one who actually did all the work on my truck is Junior, Jr is amazing and knows his stuff very well he replaced all the factory speakers, installed an Lc6 since i kept the radio stock, installed the 2 amps and my subwoofers to the factory radio and tuned it to perfection, he set my highs and mids crystal clear and my subs hit hard with out any distoration. I couldnt believe it, sounds amazing you would think i had an aftermarket radio . Ill definitely be taking my Daughters car there aslong as Junior is there to work his magic again.

The gentleman that was at the store was very informative and was able to answer all my questions and even present me with a few options for upgrading. Not pushy at all, and the pricing seemed pretty reasonable. Will be continuing to do business here.

Horrible customer service he ordered wrong parts after waiting 3weeks then would not install my radio for another month when i had an appointment on Saturday he didnt even show up I found awesome place in Channelview who installed my radio and I bought speakers from them Im sure some of these reviews on here are fake I wouldnt recommend any one to waste your time with this place .

Purchased car stereo for son, but pre-negotiated install price was raised afterwards. Install wasnt done correctly and there were several misleading comments about the performance of the equipment. No option for refund.

Had a whole system installed. Door speakers, subs, amps, radio, backup-camera etc. They did great work and I am happy with the results. They are very informative and happy to answer any questions you may have. Awesome equipment and work ethic. Very reasonable and you get what you pay for. Will definitely continue to do business here.

This is the same location as the old Worldwide Stereo but under a much needed and a much appreciated change of management. The guys here actually know what theyre doing and arent trying to screw you over. Very happy with the install they did for me and will be coming back for all my car audio needs.

I’ve dealt with the previous owner at this location a few times, let’s just say it was not at all a good experience. The new owner and business is a completely different level. Better customer service, way more knowledgeable, and just seems a lot more genuine in general. Overall 5 star experience and I absolutely recommend this new place for all your car audio needs!

Came to Jeremy with one of the worst sound systems around, after talking to him and getting my stuff installed I was shocked. 10/10 place, They do great work and really impressed me. Got a new radio, backup camera, all new door speakers, 2 amps, and 2 subs put in in no time at all. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for anything audio. They have excellent prices on evrything, if I ever do anything audio on anything else this is the place to go.

Had a guy work all day trying to get a backup camera and a hideaway installed for me and he crossed all the wires up to my computer system and in dash pioneer. Took it to these guys and they fixed me up in 30 minutes at a very low cost for what they had to fix. But they knew exactly what to do with all of it. Quick, friendly, and very reasonable prices. Best in baytown based on my experience.

My wires melted and the fuse holder was completely melted. Went to a different shop to get it fixed and showed me how everything was fried. Nothing was hard wired in. Didnt even have my system for a year. Had to get it all rewired. Was told I was lucky my car didnt catch fire.

I went in thinking I knew what setup I wanted in my truck. After talking with Jeremy he gave me his recommendation for the space I had to work with. I trusted him and I’m so glad I did. They even worked around my schedule to get it installed. The knowledge and service is top notch!! I highly recommend these guys for all your car audio needs.

Super good experience with this shop! Jeremy is very knowledgeable, and helped get my truck sounding right! Very nice guy, and knows what hes doing. The prices are great, and he works with you and the budget you are comfortable with. This shop used to be named Worldwide, but under the new management they really turned this place around. I will definitely be getting all my audio equipment from this shop from now on.

If Jeremy was not an honest man I could have been ripped off. Had either a speaker problem or fade problem. He did a diagnosis and found out the radio output was only going to one speaker. He gave me a good deal one a new radio instead of new four speakersHonest man. Good guy. Recommend.

Had a great experience working with Jeremy. We went to the shop on Saturday not knowing what we wanted except better sound than the factory Jeep radio. He took the time to come outside and checkout our current set up and help us through outfitting my Jeep with a bada** sound system. New radio, subwoofers and box, amplifier, and he even installed a back up camera for me. The work was completed so fast and looks great! When I picked it up he even came out to show me how to use everything. Top notch service. I will be a repeat customer for sure.
