Great experience. Had to replace all my personal belongings. Even though the story was super busy they still made time for me and helped me in less than hour.

Ive had to come in quite a few times over the last month or so and every single time the employees have been really helpful. The managers nice and Ive been really impressed with every single one of the employees. I really appreciate the help!

Really horrible customer service. Ive came here 4 times & everytime its a disappointment with the manager. I cant get an estimate if I change plans on the total billing. He couldnt even add a phone to one of my lines!! Horrible attitude in training his new employee. Your better off going somewhere else. I came to buy a phone that had 3 in stock online at this store but physically had none in hand. So is inventory wrong or is someone stealing?

Normally I dont take the time to submit reviews but after making a visit to this location a few times, I feel its necessary. The associates are very helpful. It doesnt matter the problem, they will help. And I should mention, Janet is a cutiee🥰

Went to the store to add a service to my account and had amazing customer service from Alfred. I usually call customer service for anything like that but happened to be running errands so decided to stop in a store. I expected a long wait time but had a great experience and quick experience.

The experience that I received was more than 5 stars. As soon as I walked in, I was treated like a customer is supposed to be treated. All of my questions and concerns was put to ease. Al was definitely knowledgable. Will be coming to this location for now on.

Alfred was the most patient, kind, charming fella I’ve ever had the chance of encountering. He made me feel like I was a very important person, no matter what issue I had, large or small!

Had a passing in the family and had a lot to do with not much to go off of. Covid-19 has been a large inconvenience to do some of the simplest of tasks as well. The staff at this location worked with us to get the balls rolling as we had multiple items to get changed and taken care of. While we got and passed along info, another staff member was working another issue. Both, staff and my family, worked to get difficult tasks resolved. In the end, my familys matters were handled in a manner that we were relieved as we left the store. Thank you so much to those who helped along the way (other ends of calls) as it was much appreciated!

I went to pick up my new phone, and I had both of my kids with me so i did curbside pick up. I got to the store, and called to let them know I was there, and was told that I would have to come in because there was only one person (the man who answered the phone) working at the time. Curbside should not be an option if they arent going to honor it when you arrive.

Im a stickler for good customer service, in a time where this is lacking almost everywhere you go, I cannot say the same for my experience in this store. Although Im not an AT&T customer, I was in the area and was able to get my needs met. Im pleased with the level of professionalism the employees display.

The male associate was incredibly helpful. He explained my different phone options and knew most of what they offered. He didnt try to push me to buy now and even gave me some insight on the new phones and Samsung products coming out. I am horrible with names, so I apologize. I am just glad this young man was able to help me out with my questions. I am the type of person that will use a phone until it is on its last leg. It is getting there, but not quite. He understood and was very kind about it. He told me to come back whenever mine finally kicks the bucket. I felt that he was sincere and understood me as a consumer. Thank you nice young black man whos name I cant remember. That was probably the best experience I have ever had in a phone store.

I bought a brand new iPhone 11 for my daughter for her birthday. It stayed in the box for 9 days until her birthday. She opened it, we set it up, it worked for 24 hours before it shut off and would not turn on again. Won’t charge, won’t do anything. I called the store and was told to call Apple. Apple told me to go back to the store since it was within the 14 day exchange period. I went to the store and was told I need to go through Apple. I’m getting the run around between ATT and Apple. As a paying customer, I expect to receive a device from the retailer that works. It shouldn’t be this hard to get a replacement for a defective device that was sold to me by ATT. I’m extremely upset that ATT doesn’t care to try to remedy the situation and make a long time customer happy. Apple stores are booked for weeks out. I’m paying for a service that I can’t even use because ATT sold me a defective device. They say that Apple won’t allow them to exchange, but Apple support told me to exchange the phone at the store. When I asked why I was being given the run around, the store employee told me I was just wasting more time by standing there and talking to them about it.

So I cant lie, I dont even have AT&T. Im with Tmobile but went into this store because I needed help and it was the first store I saw. It was a technical issue and I let them know upon walking in who my provider was. The reps as well as the manager got together to figure out what was going on with my phone. They hadnt seen it before but they got it done for me when they couldve sent me away. They did let me know of the savings I could get with AT&T but after they helped me with my problem. Great staff!

Most amazing service I’ve had in a AT&T store in Baytown. I was out there for work and had to stop by for a issue and the store down the street was such a long wait I decided to try this one out. When I went in the staff was very friendly and helpful. Al was a huge help and surprisingly he was from the Friendswood store that I typically go to which made me feel a lot better. If I’m ever in the area again and need help I’m going directly to them.

Went in to talk about service,but had 1 person working there and a line of customers.. So I just left. Business that dont open till 10 am is insulting,and only one person working,says all you need to know about what service youd get.These companies spend mega bucks advertising to get folks to try their products...and you only have 1 person there to assist folks.???

Came in with a bill issue that they did not cause but they were still willing to help. Not only did they fix the issue, they lowered my bill because I was on an outdated plan. I highly recommend this store, management even chimed in the conversation to make sure I was taken care of!

The newest I-Phones they had on display was the 6. They also only had one employee working and a few people in the store so we were never able to get any assistance. It’s been about the same the last few time I’ve needed to visit an AT&T store. If I don’t have any luck the next time I visit an AT&T location I’m probably going to look at other providers.

Wow, what a poor excuse for management. First off, I purchased my phones here and have had problems with billing since. Ive had no issues discussing billing information over the phone until recently. I spoke to your poor excuse for a manager who told me I would have to drive 30 mins to the store for him to help me at all. He is not at all about helping the customer. I was hung up on by him. When I called back to ask for his name, he refused to give it to me. Not even confident in himself and his actions to give his name. I hope your district manager can train you a little more in customer service. As for me, I wont return to this store for business. Oh, and if you have Firstnet through AT&T, dont bother with their promotions, it doesnt count for you. They will tell you buy 1 get 1 counts, but you will be stuck with the full bill.

Long wait times, very rude, employees are not knowledgeable of company regulations and procedures dealing with customers in the Loyalty program. I have visited this store several times over the years and APLLWAYS have a problem. I would be willing to only deal with Att thru the mail or in another State than go back to this store.

Got screwed over by the manager and lied about the price of our bill. We got a buy one get one free deal and ended up getting charged double than what he quoted us. He also failed to mention sign up fees that made the price even higher. They are shady people that don’t tell you the truth just to get you to sign on an outrageous plan. Go somewhere else.

Store says that it open at 9am but it actually open at 10a. I drove all the way from Houston in order to pick up my phone at 9am.

We had an extreme complication and zeph was amazing through the entire process and helped us so much. Customer service is horrible. A lot is promised when signing up & when you get your first bill it’s nothin compared to what you had agreed on. They solved none of my problems, just added more. I wouldn’t recommend ATT to anyone.

The absolute worst AT&T store I have every visited. Maybe the worst public business I have ever been in. Was greeted at the door by employee staring at me and when I asked what his deal was he said I was just checking if u were tracking dirt in his store. The manager way of helping was to send me down the street. They also were watching. A r rated movie on the tv in the store.

Staff is alright but the place only has 3 employees and the wait is usually full. This causes the wait to be long. One employee just kind of looks at you but cant notice that you are trying to get her attention
