I brought my PS4 to them and they kept my console for two weeks. They couldnt find the problem but I brought it home, took out the hard drive, spray dusted it, and put it back in . It worked just fine. All I can say is they arent the Geek Squad over there. If you have a game system I recommend not going there . I heard they are good with phones though .

Good place to see if they can fix your phone. I took my phone in to see what was wrong with it. They dont charge you if they are unable to fix it. Which unfortunately they werent able to fix mine. But it was still a good experience. Which is why I gave them 5 stars.

BEST PRICES AND GOOD QUALITY!!I didn’t think my phone was repairable, sure enough within an hour they had it looking good as new! Ive sense came back and gotten both of my kids phones fixed & came in here with a friend of mine while she got a couple phones fixed... we received the same great quick service every time. I also like how knowledgeable they we’re with any questions I had.I did have to have a “home button” ordered but they called me as soon as it came in. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

During Hurricane Laura evacuation, my phone took a crazy ride from the top of my car onto the busy highway. Needless to say, it had been run over quite a few times and in terrible shape when I found CPR. I brought my poor pathetic Iphone 11 to them. The gave me a quick quote and told me it would be a few hours. I was ecstatic to hear they could fix it. My phone looks and works like new! It was a miracle. They were wonderful!

Took my iPhone in to have the charging port replaced. The gentleman working looked at it, then dug some pocket lent out of the port. Tested it and it was all good. Tried to pay him for his time but he wouldn’t take any money. Great people to deal with. Other stores would have done the same thing and charged for a port. Highly recommend CPR.

Brought my sons iPad Pro for a damaged screen repair in which they were able to fix but then a few weeks later it kept shutting on and off on its own. & I brought it back. They took about a few months, But they didn’t give up & fixed the problem. Free of charge! They weren’t rude when I would call every week for an update, very nice and professional. Great service and quick

Used CPR for a quick turnover for my cracked screen and I was desperate.I have replaced my screen on this particular phone 4 times.And I have never had screen sensitivity issues.Buttons have to be pressed repeatedly and screen has a blue tint! I only have had this issue with cheap quality screens.Payed $125 and 3 days later payed another place $90 for a same screen with no issues.I do not recommend and will not be going back ever.

I took a chance last year walking into this store to repair an old iPad and have been coming here ever since for all of my family’s technology needs. The staff is great but Craig is outstanding. I have taken my phone to Baytown IPhone Repair a few times and each time the work produced was impeccable. On one occasion my screen was so bad it had fallen off and within 30 minutes my screen looked brand new! They also offer a 90 day warranty (that I have never had to use because of how well the materials they use are and their work) that I have yet to see a competitor have. Will definitely go back if needed to and recommend them to anyone with a cracked screen!

Best place to get any phone fixed hands down. Fast but solid work with excellent customer service. You are losing money if you get insurance on your phone when you can just get these guys to fix it. And believe me, I’ve broke many of screens.

Went in and 20min later my phone was working and ready. In fact I am writing this review on this phone. I am extremely impressed with their services offered here. They are kind, courteous, and informative. Their prices are on point and the 90 day warranty on their repairs gives you piece of mind. I am a customer for life. It makes me sick the phones Ive replaced and I could have been going here. Next I think Ill take in my old iPad.UPDATE:About a week later my phone my phone started staying at 1% again I took it back. No hassle no problem they immediately took care of it. Their warranties are real! I had the phone for a year after never had another issue. Traded up.

So close to home and very convenient, you can walk in anytime and leave shortly with your repair. Don’t ask for one of the guys specially by name as they do get jealous and want then same attention, use whoever is free at the time. Not that I disliked them but they wanted to charge me $100. To replace a cell phone screen and I have the new screen. I didnt pay much more than that for the actual phone. Its a stylo 4 so its an older phone. I think they may be taken advantage of some people.

I had an issue with charging my phone last night and none of the cables would work to charge my phone, It seemed as if something was blocking it. I rushed to Cell Phone Repair in Baytown during my hour lunch break and Craig assisted me right away. He appears extremely knowledgeable and genuine in this field. He worked on my phone right away, turns out their was a piece of a cell phone charger stuck and within minutes he repaired it. So grateful for him! Very rude people. I dropped off my tablet and I was told $70 and pick up next day. 3 days later it was ready. The price changed from $70 to $90 with no explanation. They need people with better attitude and explain why the price increased. I have a copy of my receipt with the scratch off on the $70 and put $90.
