I received an arrangement from Edible Arrangements today and I have to say it was simply the best. Fruit was amazingly fresh...the person who delivered it was very sweet and kind. It literally made my day. Thanks to the Edible Arrangements in Baytown...and of course to my dear friend Karen who sent it ...

Today was my 3rd time doing business with this location. Ive never had a bad experience but today the service was excellent! I called concerned about my order being delivered before I got off work & the manager Steph assured me that hed have it delivered on time and in fact, delivered it himself to ensure my satisfaction. I always love the fruit & today was no exception, but great service always makes everything better. Thanks!

1st time using them. Actually the website since Im 4 hours away. Wanted something unique for my sons birthday. Promptly delivered with follow ups of email confirmations. There was communication which is a rare character anymore..Great job.

Loved loved loved the fruits and display of the product but the delivery method needs improvement. I revived my delivery around 9pm after the order was out in four days before. Had to call continuously, but other than that loved it!!

Ordered my Valentines day arrangement online, and when I picked up the arrangement it was exactly what I wanted. All the fruit was fresh looking and the arrangement was placed perfectly. All the fruit tasted fresh the wife and daughter loved it. I will defiantly recommended them to others.

This location is CLOSED and out of business. Someone put the Fairmont Parkway location phone number in the Garth Road locations Google. These locations are 45min apart. I called for a pick up and had no idea the Garth Location was closed and had to drive 45min to pick up my order. Even on the Google it says Garth location is open and the hours. Beware!!!!!

Being that my delivery was scheduled during an off- guard Tropical Storm, the associate kept in constant communication with me abt changing my delivery date and the personalized wording on my card! I was completely satisfied!

I have ordered many arrangements from the Baytown location and have been very pleased. The fruit has been fresh and delicious and the arrangements spectacular. Recently, I ordered one of their new fruit platters and a very large arrangement. Unfortunately, the fruit was tasteless and the arrangement was sloppy. I completed a survey for this order and asked for a call back - I never heard from them.

A friend called for a bouquet arrangement of a variety of fruit to be delivered at my workplace on Tuesday, March 7, 2017. I received it the next day, March 8, 2017 (what happened to same day delivery). It looked nice under under the clear wrapping, but upon tasting the fruit, I was very disappointed. Only the grapes were sweet. My friend had no idea it was delivered a day late. When we spoke, March 9, 2017 and I was asked about the delivery, I informed: the fruit was incredibly NOT SWEET and some a little tart. My friend paid $100.00 for the arrangement and when the Baytown store was called, they placed all blame on another store and the delivery driver, and advised we call them. There was no regret for the $100 INCREDIBLY NOT EDIBLE ARRANGEMENT. $100 wasted!!! A very regrettable choice.

I have a pineapple allergy and they are so accommodating about it. Whenever I order fruit salad they fresh chop everything in a completely different station to make sure I dont get pineapple in my food.

On 1/15/2019 I went and got me a fruit salad and they have Friendly staff and fast even for being early in the morning. Wish u all had a more variety of fruit....

Exceptional service, timely delivery, professional packaging...I cant wait to use you guys again. It was a delightful experience. Now if only you had flowers too, smh!!!

I ordered an arrangement for fathers day and they never even processed it. They refunded and I called in to replace order only to be told they couldnt do same day pickup. They said they wouldnt charge my card but did and now there is no refund or arrangement. Very poor customer service and phone manners. I will not be using this location again.

My husband ordered me an arrangement from this location for the first time and when I received it I noticed the pineapple was brown. Okay no big deal they must have cut it earlier that day so I tried it, disgusting. So I decided to try a chocolate covered strawberry, my favorite, and the strawberry tasted old and soggy. The other strawberries that weren’t covered in chocolate also looked darker and they were soft and didn’t taste great at all. The only fruit that was good were the grapes. I left my fruit in the fridge and the next day all the strawberries were moldy!!!!! Overall horrible experience at this location.

I enjoyed visiting there. And they gave me a birthday present for my birthday.

My friend just picked my arrangment up and IT WAS A MONSTER.....HUGE AND OH SOOO PRETTY!!! I would have taken a picture but my family started picking at it quick. The strawberries were huge and chocolatey..... Thank you so much especially for having it on time... Your employee was so sweet and thanked me. To whoever made this or decorated it or fixed it for my family and I THANK YOU IT WAS SOOOO PRETTY!!!! I hope you get the credit you deserve my arrangment was not just on time but beautiful....

My mom called to place a order and this manchild was so horrible and rude. All he kept repeating was its better if you place your order online, maam we have hundreds for you to choose from. My mom is 72 years old and was hoping for some help but he was just so rude. She chose not to place a order and waited for me to help her instead. I was told service as well as the arrangements have become more welcoming and beautiful. But he was just so rude to her, my mom was confused about his attitude. I called again that afternoon and asked who was working there. A lady said her name was hanna and steven were the only ones working. So she asked me if she could help me I told her a man was rude to my mom earlier and I want a phone number and a name. She just stayed quiet for a second and put me on hold next thing I know she is telling me if there is a way she can help I replied no thank you. So I am just posting to let everyone know that they are rude and despicable to treat a 72 year old woman so rudely. Makes a person think that the behavior the person gave my mom is of a spoiled ungrateful inconsiderate person, must be a manchild only they know, or maybe a manchild of the owner or related to someone that owns the place only they act as if they cant be touched and dont care for there behavior and only a manchild acts like a adult with the attitude of a bratty child. Either way we will still order from here because the arrangements we have received are beautiful but if he ever talks to me like that, he will learn what and how to respect his elders. Shows how he was raised at home.

I stopped at edibles today around 6 something. And they had nothing on display but the hispanic lady w the color eyes was so kind and willing to work with me. She even looked like it didnt bother her, she made me a boxs of strawberries. She explained it was too late for a arrangment but that she could make me a boxs if I didnt mind waiting about 15 minutes... YEAY!!! I was so HAPPY .... I needed something asap... Thank you for your politeness and speed.... Great customer service!!! Will come again.... Edibles great employee n service!!! Got me out of a jam....

Ive always order from wallisville and NEVER had a problem with my orders being fresh. But since I moved to Baytown I thought I order from this well the first time the apples were brown and not just a little bit, almost rotten. Wrote a email complaining and it took them 2 weeks to call, offered to give me another order but manger was very rude saying we make alot of them a day and they turn a little bit brown. That was not the case these were all brown. Next problem on another order i was told my order would be ready in 15 and took over 40 minutes and the people in the back were very rude to the ladys in the front. As much as I love edible arrangements I will not be ordering from this location again.
