Been going to this store for 2 decades and its as great as its ever been.

Its a pretty small gamestop so dont expect a crazy selection. But overall its a great store and the employees seem genuinely kind.

This is a reliable place to score what you need. But a few years ago, new management fired everybody and the people we knew were gone for no reason. Now they seem to have a lot of employee turnover.

This Gamestop location has an occupancy limit of 13 people at a time in order to maintain social distancing, and they require face masks for all customers and employees in the store.

Workers are very hard working and strive to make your experience enjoyable to their best abilities. Its just a shame they dont get the recognition they deserve from their district & regional management...

I had problems with my PRO membership card and the two employees at the cashier were very nice and they helped me with the issue. The cashier I believe her name is Jacquline is very knowledgeable and will help you with any questions you have. The staff overall here is very helpful. Definitely buying my games here

Good selection, fair prices and employees are great they are very helpful, knowledgeable and assisted my grandson with all his questions. Sometimes busy and the wait can be a little lengthy.

I wasnt impressed by the service at this location. Normally Gamestop is a favorite for me, however it took me almost 30 minutes to check out. I went in with a specific game in mind and found it immediately. With only one cashier and seven customers it was very hard to have the patience for the wait. Im still going to give them a chance and will follow up.

Very knowledgeable employees. Very nice. Always a pleasure to deal with when either returning a product or selling my games back to them for store credit. Great selection of games new and old.

I had an interview today that I will not be attending due to a disrespectful employe answering the phone. I called to ensure I come today, because whomever wrote the email did not put the correct date in for the day. I immediately was interrupted during my questioning, and was hung up on in an abrupt manner. I see why there are so many complaints for this store, you guys are unprofessional.

This store has great staff members! They have pretty much gotten me back into console gaming after a 10 year hiatus, very knowledgable and engaging!

Im not a big fan of gamestop, they only give you store credit for your used games you bring in, a very small percentage of what theyre worth, then mark them up, so you pay $60 for a new game, play it and finish it in 2 weeks, bring it to gamestop & they offer you $25 store credit for it, then mark it up to $50, and you cant even buy it back with the credit they gave you, thats called a ripoff. Sorry if I sound just a little bitter, but its happened to me personally a few times, I didnt leave there happy.

Our cashier Kristen was terrible. Every other time Ive ever went into a GameStop the employees were very helpful and actually cared about their costumers. She was very rude, my bf uses his GameStop card all the time with no problem but she told him it has been expired since 2015, and didnt even care to say hey would you like to update it or try and figure out what was wrong seeing as weve used it since 2015. She also didnt clean the game discs. If she doesnt want to be employeed and hates her job she should just quit, not make her costumers unhappy.

I preordered Rose Goku, and Yamcha months in advance and the website said that theyd be available for pickup in August of 2018. So my brother an I went to go pick them up, and to my surprise the woman told me they didnt have them ready for pickup. I had screenshots of the figures with their release date in hand and the lady was so disrespectful, and rude she didnt even bother looking at the proof from their OFFICIAL WEBSITE, and didnt care to even look for me. I will definitely not be shopping at this location ever again. Id rather shop at Target to get better deals on games, and figures anyhow.

Since Mussy has left theyve gone downhill and its sad because they now try to force preorders on you and when you dont do it or cancel they give you attitude about it. I mean its like sorry but there is life outside of preordering something. Plus if I gonna do that, Ill get it digitally and only games that I know that Ill for sure play.

The pre-owned games they sell typically do not work. It seems as if they dont check them before they sell them. Never had a problem with any gamestop except this one.

Not alot of options like other Gamestops. Went in for 2 games, walked out with none.

Dont love the prices (whether buying or selling), but sometimes its the only place in town that has that slightly obscure game. Cool shirts sometimes.

This is a great location that has more stock than just games and gaming systems. They have all sorts of game and comic memorabilia such as action figures, plushies, collectible card game packs, and gift cards not strictly applicable to Game Stop. Also, when I have visited this store, I have found the staff are typically polite, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about their store and the products it both sells and plans to sell (such as games or systems that have a pending release). Baytown used to have four video game stores and there are reasons that this is the only one left. Quite simply put, the majority of Baytonians shop here for all their gameing and game related wants.
