The product was great but I just wish that I was allowed to put my own topping because the lady that worked there loaded it down witch seems cool until you go to pay. 20 for 2 bowls

From mild to wild, you make it how you like it! The atmosphere is nice, and the sitting area is clean. My only complaint would be the little bitty chairs and tables made perfect for someone 3ft tall. Other than that the froyo is great! Just please.... Change the chair/table setup.

This location can definitely improve on its customer service, but the overall concept of Orange Leaf and its many options are nice and a great option for kids. Pricing is based on weight of bowl. Be careful because kids do get excited and fill up their bowl with every flavor and topping and before you know it youre paying 20 bucks for a serving of yogurt LOL.

Price is was high and workers pile up the toppings. Yogurt was terrible especially they “Wild berry” one it tasted like spoiled milk. Would not recommend

The lady that was just up there about an hour ago was visibly annoyed and very impatient when we were almost ready to pay. we werent greeted or made to feel anything less than unattended the entirety of our visit until our cups reached the scale. My husband wasnt ready and she was tapping relentlessly as if we were wasting her time. We visit this establishment at least once a month, no one has ever been that rude.good ice cream

Gave my family food poisoning. They use spray which can easily get on stuff and its likely that they leave the stuff out or dont clean the food area during COVID-19!

Good service with great guidelines

Has chocolate rocks but does not rock. A gnat followed us around and the chocolate flavor taste like cream. Also who sits in these chairs comfortably? Go see Gerard at Tutti-frutti in Humble.

The froyo was good as always. The service was fine. However, the parking lot is terrible. There is trash everywhere. Moldy food everywhere in the parking lot, or sticky food that’s melted in the sun. It really smells. The inside of Orange leaf has definitely seen its better days. The couches are worn down the leather is looking very sad. The signs above the froyo are so faded, you can barely read some of them. There are lots of light fixtures out. It just needs a good cleaning and a fresh update.

It was good nice clean inside. Parking lot was a deterrent almost makes you not want to go in the establishment trash was everywhere looked like a very unkept place.

Too many other options for better product, service and price

I wish was a 1/2 star review. Horrible Ice cream. Taste nothing like yogurt and it had been so water down. You cant distinguish the flavors since all of them taste the same. I guess the only flavors you can taste are the toppings. Expensive and nasty.

Ghetto workers that well try to fight you

I took my 3 children to get icecream. I noticed the establishment was very dirty. The employee was friendly and professional. We had never been to orange leaf before. She was very informative and helpful. We got our icecream and paid. I was shocked that I paid $40 with tip included for 4 ice creams! I walked to the car and we all noticed there was ice chunks in our ice cream. It tasted as if they dont clean the yogurt machines regularly. I walked back inside and asked for my money back. The employee asked the manager Bharati Patil if she could refund my money. Bharati replied back that is the reason why we give samples and no we will not refund your money. Ok first of all the yogurt is supposed to be of quality. It was not the flavor I was concerned about. That is a GIVEN! That is not the way to run a successful business. That is some SHADY business Bharati Patil!! You stole from a mother and 3 kids! I left all 4 cups of yogurt on your counter! I will NEVER come back and I will TELL everyone not to buy from you! VERY DISSATISFIED AND DISSAPOINTED! SHAME ON YOU!
