I was looking for a classic 14kt gold bracelet that my teenage daughter can enjoy for years to come.I found the perfect bracelet for her in their catalog and it arrived in the time Christine specified. Christines service was friendly and knowledgeable. Weve enjoyed shopping here for years. I know Im getting quality jewelry at a good price.

This was my first time buying a diamond Jewelery for my wife’s Birthday. We wanted a certificate for whatever we purchase, and we made it pretty clear since the beginning. We selected a pair of earrings and they said that the whole section was supposed to be certified stuff. That was not the case after we selected a pair of earrings that my wife choose and we bought it. They said they were gonna look and find a certificate for that piece but it’s gonna take some time and the sales person said he was going to call me when he found it. We didn’t get any calls regarding that, so after a week or so, I went at the shop again but they just kept on makings excuses and said that all jewelry are doesn’t come with cert. It took me almost two months or so, going back and forth to see if I can get a cert for my piece and make my wife happy and give her what she wanted in the first place. Long story short, finally they convinced me that there was no Certificate for the Piece that I bought and that I have to settle with the Appraisal. They had all kind of reasons to convince me that Appraisal was a better option than getting a cert. I felt that they do do not care for all Customers the same way, very sloppy service and sales person particularly is not thorough with the stuff he is selling or it’s simply their technique to sell stuff. I never even got a courtesy call from the manager even though I talked to him several times that I visited the store. I am very disappointed with the stuff and they hardly smiled and they seemed like they don’t care much. This will be my first and last purchase from this business and I don’t recommend anyone as well.

I got my ring back today and it is Amazing!!! The shank needed to be replaced as it was SO thin! And a prong was bent, but they fixed it up and it looks much better! Thank you Dawn for all the help, it really means the world to me!

Was in search of my wedding ring, I looked at several other stores and they either didnt have very many options or were way over priced. Found several options and good prices. I bought my ring and they said they would have it for me before I left for my wedding the next week. Unfortunately the manager called me a few days later and explained that they could not get the ring I wanted in the store before my wedding. He then sent me a bunch of different pics of rings and prices of what he could get in. He was able to figure out i wanted quickly. I actually like the second ring I picked better. They had great customer service at the store and with the manger over the phone. I was able to get a nice ring at a better price then other stores at looked at.

Dawn was super helpful and resourceful, felt like I knew her already.... offered me a drink, and snacks on hand (open bar was the best) great warranty available and convenient for me, I even had a charm engraved over there while i was at it, phenomenal job they did...to have an engraver, and repairs on sight was great. I came to Robsons to have my wedding rings resized and added on to. Taylor was VERY helpful in assisting me with what I wanted. She patiently went through different styles and options until I found what spoke to me. My ring turned out GORGEOUS and is EXACTLY what I envisioned. The only issue was, once completed it was still a bit too small. BUT, it was due to the new width and my hands. I had to go up an additional size, but I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED with the results. We only shop at Robson’s for quality jewelry we can afford and for all of of our jewelry repairs. I am very hard on jewelry. Since 1997 I have even taken childhood pieces and had a custom bracelet and a tie tack made. We purchased our wedding rings there. We have even purchased collectible gift items there, and once I took a beautiful Vírgen of painted wood and clay there for repair. (I had broken several delicate fingers on the statuette)

Amazing business with excellent customer service! After a week of horrible circumstances, it was topped off with losing the main stone in my engagement ring. After contacting the original store that worked with my husband to design my one of kind ring only to discover they do not offer any type of warranty service on it we sought help elsewhere. My husband contacted Chris/Christine at Robsons in regards to a replacement diamond and costs of repairing my set. They were very pleasant to talk to and even sent text images of the in stock diamond(s). I went into the store to show them my ring & look at their selection of diamonds. They were extremely welcoming & helpful! We discussed warranty programs, appraisals, repairs, etc... the Montage program they use is wonderful, so much so when we decided to purchase the diamond & have them do the repair we also had them appraise my set & purchased the warranty through them to cover my entire wedding set. I went in Thursday evening & they had my ring finished & back on my finger in less than 24 hrs! You can’t beat that! I no longer have to deal with chain jewelers inspection schedules/delays/runarounds I can do everything through Robsons! I peeked around at their various items & they have an amazing selection of multiple price points! It’s definitely a store worth being loyal to! When I picked up my ring I was given the appraisal information printed & on a Zip drive as well as complimentary Robsons face masks haha During these hard times it’s nice to know a business that goes above & beyond! What a positive experience. I use Robsons for all my repairs. So, I took my watch in for a new battery. They took the time to look at my past records. The battery was still under warranty...it was free. In addition, I had a bracelet that needed help. They said it just needed to be tightened! They tightened it, cleaned it and...No charge!!! Thank you Robsons. That’s how you build trust!
