This is probably the cleanest most organized biglots in the Houston area(this is the baytown location) . I know this location isnt very old, but since it has opened it has maintained its look. The staff are great as well.

For a Big Lots, this place is really expensive. I havent been in a Big Lots in years, but I remember their prices being much more reasonable. Their stuff is nice, but its like buying home decor from Kroger - everything costs about twice what you are willing to pay. Target is cheaper.

My sister an I were looking for curtains & curtain rods for a renovation. A small one but a home to me for now. It was great to find everything we needed. All at a great price ! I love the prices . I have bought recliners, household items, such as bedding and kitchen items in the last few months. The app and coupons are great and are incentive to always come back for more.

Its overrated, just like it has always been. Good deal on SOME things! Rip off on MOST things... Guest service at checkouts mediocre at best. Get ur guest service right, and I guarantee people would almost look over the shady prices

Came to inquire about furniture that we already ordered, Isaac was working the furniture department and was very happy to help us. We had several questions and ended up leaving and coming back. He helped us load our furniture in the hot sun with no problem. He definitely went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. He had the best attitude! Very polite and professional. Was expecting to see similar items and appearance like the Woodforest/BW 8 location, disappointed to say the least. Lots of linens, kitchen wares, toiletries, some clothing items, some yard & garden.NO PUBLIC RESTROOMSYou will have to use Red Lobsters restrooms. Wonder how long thatll be allowed.

I love this store but HORRIBLE customer service. went in looking for couch and bed no one ever stopped to ask if we needed help. just stood around for half hour waiting to find help. Had to leave and take my business else where!!

Walked in to look at a couch we had found online . Deminsions said it measured 90w*38d*37h, when we saw it we thought it looked small, borrowed a measuring tape and found out it was 84w*35d*37h .We asked if that was the couch and associates said it was and that was how it came to them . Called thiers corporate and was told they would send it to the appropriate department for further review or to be fixed .I understand mistakes happen and I do not blame the in store associates but corporate needs to seriously check their work .That is a serious difference in size when you are looking for a couch .

Clean store. A little low on stock.

Went shopping for mattresses. Major department store told us no in house available. So we went to Big Lots and were going home with mattresses and we saved a lot of money 💰. Very Happy Customers

Its a standard furniture store with a place to buy misc foods in the back.

The workers do not wear masks and they do not honor sales price.

This store is quite unorganized. There was stuff all over the place, in the middle of isles, on top of furniture etc.

It was my first time in this store. It was clean and the staff was really nice. There was some nice stuff I just dont know the quality of the merchandise. I will try a few things and give MY OPINION on the items I purchased

Called about an item was on hold for a long time someone took the information was put on hold for a long time someone else answered and asked for the item number again and assumed I was another customer giving me their name told the man I was calling to see if they had the item in stock he said we have one do you want me to put in on hold, I then told him yes and he just hung up. Arrived to the store and the guy says we dont have it I told you we might. Waste of time !!!

This new Big Lots in Baytown is great! The store is very clean and organized and they have a variety of products to choose from! I was really impressed with the Christmas section. Beautiful wrapping paper and gift boxes, seasonal home decor, and festive trees are aplenty. This store is also well stocked with fuzzy socks and warm blankets. I highly recommend checking this store out for great inexpensive and easily accessible gifts this holiday season!

I love love love Big Lots!! Our poor Big Lots opened right at the start of the Pandemic so I barely made my appearance and Im excited to go back! Cashier today was amazing!!

I just love this store. I always leave with more then I went in for! They have nice things for a reasonable price. Their food section is great too.

Ive been going to this new store in Baytown since its Grand opening. I dare you to visit this store once..the staff, the products, the PRICES and the giant parking lot will keep you coming back.

A lot to choose from. Nice store & employees.

We showed up late and didnt know it and they let us walk around for 15 minutes let us get a basket full then told us to leave. We couldnt even check out and the cashier watched us walk in.

Like most other big lots stores, this one cleaner and lots of room for more merchandise. Darker parking lot. Needs more lighting or brighter lighting.

This place is WAY better than Walmart. Unlike all the workers at both Baytown Walmarts; the Big Lots workers are very nice and so helpful. I just Big Lots was here sooner and had replaced Walmart. I live in Mont Belvieu and I will always go out of my way to come here. Also the place is so organized and super clean... Unlike Walmart

I didnt realize there was a Big Lots in Baytown. I love this store. Apparently its on I-10 feeder rd near Red Lobster.

They never honor price tag price or clearance price. I had an item that had $22 on price tag and rang up higher. Employee would not get a manager to fix it. This is the SECOND time this has happened . Don’t go to this store.

They should change the name of this one to little bits. They dont even have enough stuff to fill the shelves.

Customers expected to wear masks but employees checking us out refuses to. No social distancing when checking out. 3 registers and had us standing on top of people. No managers to be found.

Easy shop has everything name brand for cheaper and really nice furniture for moderate prices not cheap furniture

Big lots is nothing more than a dressed up dollar store with bigger junk. My wife and I went here out of pure boredom and couldnt help but reflect on the memories made at toys r us that used to inhabit the location. Now, it is taken up by a pointless shop selling junk pretending to be a good deal. Buyer and shopper beware. The same reason why dollar stores are a rip off big lots is as well.

Last week I purchased half a gallon of milk for my kids since theyre home more with schools closed and possible lockdown coming our way. When I go to open the milk it was spoiled so me thinking the store would have some way of exchanging with all the craziness going on, the store manager Tonya says she wont do anything to help bc She doesnt know if the milk was already spoiled when I bought it Seriously. I wasnt asking for my money back, I wasnt demanding anything, no attitude just simply wanted to use milk I spent my money on. There was no reason for being so cold about it. Especially with everything going on. Tonya, Im sorry you feel like you have to be cold to strangers in their time of need. Have a great day.

Big Lots was great I got all the gifts I need for chrismas.And all the stuff I need for my house.

This is by far the worst big lots I’ve every been to. Came to purchase living room and dining room furniture and was told that they can’t order anything from their site and that the only thing I could get was what they had in stock. Karen is by far the laziest person I’ve ever met. I waited and walked around the furniture section for 45 mins and asked Karen and the cashier 3 times for help. And eventually found my own help.. to be told they can’t order anything.. then asked the guy to call the manager over to verify that they couldn’t order something that’s says in stock and ready to ship on the website and she refused to come over and said she said that’s the policy. That would’ve been a little over 1,500$ that y’all lost out.. went down the road to BEL furniture

This is very reasonable store when it come to prices. Love the 2 recliners we purchased.

Havent been to Big Lots in a few years but this new one in Baytown is actually enjoyable plenty of room it doesnt seem like the crowded and have a very good selection of stuff
