The store on Garth Rd. The person responsible for these displays in housewares did a magnificent job.

Never have I ever come here and these not be available. But I rarely find them anywhere else outside of Baytown.

They have a lot of organic foods there and gluten free more than food town or Joe Vs. My husband is a diabetic and Im trying to eat healthier so shopping at Krogers help me out on food choices gluten free and organic products are high and prices no matter what store you go to. This is some of the products have found at Krogers and also pioneer Ive didnt picture that but it is real good the gluten-free country gravy mix and the gluten-free brown gravy mix its awesome..Dont get me wrong I love this Krogers over here off of 146 but the parking sucks

I love this store its always so organized and easy to find an employee if I need help.I have used pickup service and it was so nice. Today I used delivery due to me having surgery recently. I loved it and it kept me from having to interrupt my daughters day with her family.Thank you Kroger!! You have truly simplified my life and eased my pandemic worries.

Usually I have no issue with this kroger. I coupon and grocery shop here and have no issues. Today the lady at self check out and whomever was in charge of the customer service desk which she was very unfriendly gave me the worst time over some coupons which I know was the right coupon for the right product and they made it seem like I was trying to trick them or misuse the coupon. A customer shouldnt be treated like that because Im still paying for items its not like im getting them for free or stealing from the company. I shouldnt have to be treated this way just because Im trying to save a few dollars. Also I asked for a manager and no manager was on duty.

Was shopping this morning and 3 men without masks shopping through out the store. No employees or staff said anything to these men.I did complain to 2 staff members and one didnt care and as long I am protected and herself.If I could I would give Kroger a -1.Hopefully Kroger will disinfect the whole store. I very disappointed.Wont be stopping there anymore.

Recent stop at Kroger on Alexander was not pleasant. The cashier was very unfriendly and not polite about the procedure for bringing your own bags. It would have been better for a sign by door entry explaining that they will not bag your purchase nor allow the bags to be sat down anywhere. This has not happened in any other grocery or like stores. Ricky a manager was polite when I spoke with him, I do hope he speaks with that cashier and reminds them to show courteous customer service. HEB has far better service. I will go back to Kroger but will not be in line where that cashier was working. Respect and courtesy bring people back to stores where they are treated friendly by employees.

I have read a lot of the reviews and am going to comment on some of them. Over all this is a great store. The parking lot is not small. Most people just dont want to park on the end of the store. This store has a lot of customers. I am 78 years old and I was ask for I Dont. I asked if she thought I might be to young to buy beer and was told no but I need to see your I Dont. I said thank and left the basket of items and left the store. I have got beer there lots of times before and after. The store serves a large part of Baytown TX. The gas at this store is several cents higher than the other Kroger. The food price is good especially if you use the card and buy several of the items on special.

I always have a great experience at this Kroger. People are polite and have knowledge where the products are, if you cant find them. Is kept clean and the lines can get long some times. Its a grocery store, what can you do.

Placed an order on Saturday for pickup. I thought I could take advantage of the Friday Saturday deals. Boy was I wrong. Young man who came out was very helpful. Manager had told him after I was told a completely totally different price that I couldnt use my digital coupons because it was Sunday when I would be charged. Even though I had put the order on Saturday. First and last time will use that service. Talk about being screwed over.

Head games with me since I moved to Baytown. I dont know why but they do. They dont let me know when a prescription is ready. They made me wait over 3 hrs in the store after I walked there and my health is not good. Even insurance couldnt believe it and apologized for them. Let the Lady with my insurance know it wasnt her fault. They try to take money from me and then when I dont take the meds saying never mind I cant afford it. Then I ask them when did they start making me pay for all my prescriptions. Finally someone else says hold on Ms Garcia let me try something. I end up leaving with my meds. I am ill and disabled. They have been doing this for awhile. I had to start using them for a bit because the insurance I had stopped taking Walgreens. I called twice yesterday and they said nothing has been sent. I call today and the guy says they got it Friday. Lies after lies for me. I guess they decided to pick on me. I do everything I can to stay away from this particular store. They treat me very poorly. Not the actual store but the pharmacy.

Would be nice if you guys could fix the lights at the gas pumps. It’s getting very dark under that canopy at night.

If I can give a 0 Start I will, every time I gonna at night there is this employee who works the self pay registers that’s so rude and makes really racial comments, he’s name is “Chris” or something like that, if ya can please avoid going at night. I feel very discriminated and the worst is I’m not the only one talking to friends about it I find out he’s donde the same to several people . It almost makes me not want to go back to Kroger as much as i love it ! I have talk to a manager and I hear them making fun as I was walking out . Don’t feel appreciate there at all .

Heard that Kroger has Asbestos. Sadly its too late for the people that have been going there / working there for years.

In my opinion, this is the best Kroger in town as far as produce goes. Theres is always fresh and readily available. At the other locations, sometimes they are missing green onions or simple staples like that. This one also has the least traffic of them all, so its a more quiet location if you are looking to stay away from the hustle and bustle but still get all of your favorite Kroger deals.

This Kroger may not have all the bells and whistles as the new one on Garth but their employees are fantastic! They are always friendly, fast, and helpful. Five stars for customer service, three for food selection. I give four stars overall.

Nice Kroger Shopping what little time Ive spent in this particular Kroger. Five STARS for Krogers black grapes. Last two batches of Grapes from other Merchants even soaking in White vinegar and baking soda wasnt happy with purchase. They have a good produce department. Meat looks good too.

I ordered my daughters birthday cake from the bakery and they did an amazing job. The cake was delicious and even though I ordered it last minute, they still got it ready in time. Great customer service.

Store had what I needed. There were some shelves being fixed but no caution signs. I asked a cashier a question but the response was not a friendly one. I went to another cashier and he was very courteous. His customer service was great.

This is an older sore, but I still like it better than the new one on Garth. Garth bakery said they could not make the cake I was asking for, so I called this location and had the cake the next day. Customer service means more than a shiny new store.

Parking was horrible. Store seemed to need upgrading. The checker was sweet and courteous. Her name was Briana. She was so helpful and very knowledgeable. She should be promoted!

Absolute disgrace of an establishment. I am visiting family in Baytown for the summer with a friend and we are from Ireland. We attempted to purchase an 8 pack of shiner bock beers (I am 28 my friend is 27). We were refused the alcohol purchase because we didnt have US identification - even though we had UK drivers licences and other IDs to prove our age. I was outraged by this and asked to speak to the manager who was even more ignorant, rude and dismissive than the terrible woman who served us at the counter. I am absolutely disgusted by this that because we were from a different country, we werent allowed to purchase an 8 pack of beer. Ill never be back. Useless.

I like this store over the one on Garth. I cant say how disappointed we are not getting a new one. Rhis one is so run down. The bathroom is horrible. The baby changing station looks terrible. It is so rusty if I had a baby I would not trust it. The staff is great. There is a new manger who is very nice. And always seems to be around

Its the small neighborhood store about a mile from my house. This store is waaay smaller than the new Kroger. Its easy to run in and grab a few things when I dont want to fight traffic and/or the craziness of WM or the bigger grocery stores on Garth Road.Unless its a specific sale, prices at Kroger are always higher than at WM (for the items I purchase). Thats why I dont typically shop at Kroger: on a tight budget, a few dollars can make the difference between getting what I need and not buying whats on my list.The gas prices at the small Kroger are always several cents/gallon higher than the gas prices at the new Kroger. Again, being on a tight budget determines where I purchase the products I need.Thank you for letting me rate this business establishment!

I just love the self checkout, it was quite quick and very convenient, I bought beer and, didnt had to wait for the ID check more than 10 seconds, was in and out in no time, I just loved it.

The staff is nice. Im NOT referring to food when I say this but the store seems so stale and old. Which is why Im sure the new location is in the process of being built.

Its a grocery store... Beware: the sales signs are not always in the right places or are out of date, which will get you at checkout.

This Kroger is clean and great, have clothes, baby clothes, ect. Its a super place, Love that you can use coupons & digital coupons together.

Cashier was nice. But main reason I went in was to buy some water named core water and only had 3 been outa stock for 3 weeks time Ive been checking on them.

My Kroger experience is always pretty good. I am recognized and greeted and receive good customer service.

E. B.The workers should remember,it is the customers that pay their wages.

Im giving 2 starts because they are in the process of moving everything around since KROGER decided we didnt need a new store. Its old and now you cant find anything because they deemed it necessary to move it all around. We didnt need a new huge store like on Garth Rd, its just a glorified mini Walmart, but we did need a store with room for something other than just Kroger brand foods! It saddens me when I have to do my grandmothers shopping, because this is the nearest store to her, because it is old as the hills and Kroger is afraid of HEB. Shame on you!!!!

The floral department was wonderful with helping my church purchase crates of poinsettias for my chuch.

Convenient location, and I have never had a problem with product availability.

We picked up some things while waiting on prescription to be transferred from elsewhere. They handled the transfer very quickly.

I have been to third world countries with cleaner grocery stores. The entryway with chewed gum on the concrete, the store floors filthy, with a chicken bone on the floor yesterday when I HAD to stop in, and on top of the grossness of where people buy food, their customer service is horrible. The employees on the front end are rude and unhelpful...that is when you get customer service. Kroger would rather you just check it out yourself. I cannot wait until it all goes automatic so all those rude Kroger employees can take a hike! This store needs a store manager, not a head clerk.
