1 stop shop! Newmans homes assists with land/home, financing, obtaining permits and everything else needed. I can see why they have been in business 41 years.

Very honest open-minded people who work there the owner is a wonderful person down to earth and I dont know him but I did speak with him for a couple of hours one day and then about another hour another day trying to decide condo townhome conventional home or mobile home and I would buy a home from him if I was going to buy a mobile home and mobile homes have changed theyre really nice now and he is probably the most honest person Ive spoke to in the sales business so that any kind of business now how it will be once you sign the paperwork and you get your home and and all that I do not know based on his honesty and his character I would have to say that probably will be no problems

The manufacturer did a great job, but its been a battle since installation with the sales manager at Newmans to honor the contract to complete set up. No plumbing, a/c and heating ducts hanging loose, skirting never put on, and the manager wont return my emails, texts or phone calls. I paid for a plumber myself to make the home livable nearly 4 weeks after installation because the sales manager wouldnt pay a certified plumber to come out. I have filed a formal complaint and request for onsite inspection with the Texas State Housing Department for Mobile Homes for a few weeks from now.

Once you buy the owner and manager wont have anything to do with you. Horrible installation. The AC finally got hooked up but hooked up wrong and burnt the box. All having to pay out of my own pocket. When delivered the doors would not shut shingles were missing, items inside of trailer missing. Tried Texting Louis and talked to owner and no one will call back or help. Pretty shady place.
