The owner is amazing here he fixed my car and answered any questions I had I came from Mississippi and my car was super loud sounded horrible he knew what the problem was Immediately fixed it .. took him no time these guys are awesome highly recommend them to the Baytown area he is my new mechanic from now on my car is super super quiet and now I don’t have to worry about burning so much gas and fixing this and fixing that because he already knew what the issue was .... THANKS GUYS I WILL BE BACK

Had my truck vacuumed for the a/c like 3 times there & it never did once blow the air out colder them what it already was!!!! Then got the exhaust done on my other one & they cut/broke my reverse camera cables!!

The only complaint is that they didnt offer to take a look at the car to see what the issue was. Struggling to accelerate I told the owner (they told me he was the owner) what was going on and let him drive it to see for himself. We talked about what I had done already and agreed that it might be the cats which is what I was there to have done. They checked them out and determined they werent the problem and that was that.They did exactly what I asked with nothing more or less done. Its not bad obviously but since they didnt even hint at checking it out further i got a bit of anxiety and just took it to another shop this is whats going on can you check it out is probably the way to handle it but i had never been to a mechanic before so i was nervous.

Catalytic converter installed backwards and Mr. Galvez would not do the honorable thing and switch itHe insisted it was right.I thought of this place was a decent honest for all kind of work done.After the experience this time I will be taking my business elsewhere.What you did was not honorable or decent sir you charged $340 for this job and I will have to another shop to fix your mess.

Took my truck there for a full tune up. Only to find out 6 months later that they DID NOT even change out all my plugs. Only changed the one plug to get the check engine light off. Even gave them another chance to redeem themselves and fix my A/C. Not even a week later my A/C stop working paid for a warranty that they DID NOT up hold and tried to say it was something else. Never going back. DO NOT bring your vehicles there

Poor welding! My exhaust started dangling when their welded on steel rod came off and the old Mexican guy is really rude and grumpy

Took my car to replace a Catalytic converter to the location on Alexander There is no organization nobody knows whats going on every time I call they tell me this person is not and that person is not and I dont know who these people are but Im not dealing with anybody I need my car done I call the main store they tell me theyre gonna handle it today is Wednesday 4 days later and still no response I talk with the owner he hung up the phone in my face do not go there there are 2 more muffler shops in Baytown you should try them out do not go to this place

This should be 0 stars. Went there the guy tacked my exhaust pipe back on, I told them Id be back to get muffler in 3 days will it hold. They assured me it will, went to work and when I got off I turned the truck on and muffler fell. Luckily I had a coat hanger and was able to pick it back up. Called them and the best they could do is refund my 20 dollars I gave for a tack. Now Im riding around with a hanger holding up my pipe. Straight trash. Lost my business.

Great customer service, very friendly, honest mechanic, tells it like it is with no B.S. they dont play with your money, nor cheat you out of your money.

These people are horrible, I asked to have a fuse changed on my car and they simply would not do It. Not only that the man hung up in my face, they are rude!!!

Don’t go here they f up your car then don’t wanna help smh

I broke down in Baytown and not being from this area, I didnt know any local mechanics. With that being said, this is the place I had my vehicle towed. We paid him $2,628.14 for a front end alignment, hub assemblies, rotors and breaks, abs sensors, control arms. So the next day we take the vehicle in to get new tires and the tire shop cant get the rim off the hub on both sides because Galvezs used the wrong equipment for the front end and the lug and nut,being the wrong part for our vehicle, welded the rim to the hub. Called and spoke with him and he said he would pay to fix it and now he wont answer our calls.

They did a awesome job on my muffler.

Avoid the guy that does window tinting out of this shop. Gilbert does horrible work. Bubbles and contamination in the window tint. Disappointing.
