Absolutely do not use this company, with insurance or without. Theyre nice until you have an issue and then its all sass. Ive had so many issues with them throughout the year Ive had their CPAP. We are returning it to them today and going with a different company. Do yourself a favor and JUST GO WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY. It will save you so many headaches.

This place has the worst customer service in the world. I am currently on the hunt for a new company to do my cpap with. You ask me if I have insurance charge me, than send me a bill. 3 times they have done this, this makes no sense what so ever. God forbid you try to talk to manager that has no sense.

If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. Abysmal customer service; they do not follow through with what they say they will do. No automatic ship option on CPAP supplies. Their automated system has failed to notify them of my supplies requests on more than one occasion. RUN AWAY; there are other BETTER, RELIABLE CPAP providers.
I wish o stars was an option. I ordered a wheelchair for my mom and found out the wheelchair is $450 brand new. They charged my insurance for several months. I have paid totally 1200. This is medicare fraud and I have reported this! How dare someone take advantage of a senior for their gain especially in this economic times. Times are hard.
If I could give them a negative star, I would. They will charge you and your insurance company to absolute death. I have never worked with such a dishonest company in my life. They will tell you one thing over the phone and charge you something else through the mail. Run from these people!
I would give them a negative star also if I could. We had to pay them in-full, over a thousand dollars, for my husbands CPAP machine as it was a requirement for his job and couldnt wait on them to file insurance. They now have been paid by the insurance company their negotiated amount as in-network provides and they still refuse to give us our money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY.
When youre new to the need for medical equipment it is a bit intimidating. The staff at Duke were more than helpful. Definitely impressed with all the services offered! Delivery, set up and 24 hour availability if I needed something? The only thing better is the quality of customer service. The staff and techs were super helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
All they care about is getting your insurance money. They wont send supplies that your insurance money is paying for. They are crooks.
The ladies at the office are incredibly sweet!!!! I have never been disappointed with the quality of service that Duke Medical offers. My mother needed a wheelchair and they were able to check my benefits and deliver to my home. The technicians were very professional and explained everything very clearly. 5 stars is truly an understatement.
The girls I spoke to at Duke Medical were so knowledgeable and patient with me while I was going through the shock of needing all this new medical equipment. The customer service experience at this business is as refreshing as it is bright and shiny. Upon arrival everything was standing by for me to walk out the door with a complete CPAP system after fitting the mask. Cheerful, helpful, polite, respectful... wow.

Duke Medical was very active, calling me and sending me emails when they wanted me to purchase a CPAP machine. I did so and paid $1400 for it out of pocket, since at the time I had not met my insurance deductible. They assured me they would submit the claim ASAP.Weeks later, I am still waiting for them to submit the claim. I have called twice and received nothing but excuses. Now that they have their money, they are not so responsive. Id recommend finding some other supplier who is more responsive..Update: they finally submitted the claim, and sent it to the Insurance company via mail even though they are an in network provider. The insurance company processed it and paid them. Now they say they are waiting for the explanation of benefits before they will refund me the money I paid. Plus, they charged me more than what their contract with the insurance company allows for the machine.
Would like to say Duke Medical took good care of me. They where able to get me set up with a CPAP machine in less then two days and the person that came out was very patient with me in explaining how everything worked and how to use the machine. I was very pleased with the service I received from them.

Love this company! Amazing staff. Very patient, understanding, and caring. I went in for my cpap supplies and it took no longer than 5 minutes and I was in and out. Would definitely recommend to all my family and friends
I called to get information and spoke to a lady named Lashay and she was VERY RUDE! She seemed to be bother with the fact that she was at work. I would have appreciated if she would of transferred me to someone else that did want to help if she did not want to take the call. I called back the next day and spoke to a Marci and she gave me the information I was looking for. She was very helpful, nice and patient, and very knowledgeable.

Called Duke and asked for back up oxygen tanks incase of power outage. They refused because I have a take filling device. I explained that I was concerned that with storm approaching I might lose power and not be able to fill tank. Still no help from them.
I received my CPAP 2 months ago from Duke Medical. I got my equipment within the next day or 2 from the original day they called me. The ladies in the office were great about going over all my benefits and answering all of my questions! They were able to work with my schedule and deliver to my job. All around great customer service!!!
Best customer service ever!! My order was sent to two different dme places and I never got a call!! Duke medical equipment follow up with same day and kept me posted of my order!! I was set up quickly and they were able to work around my busy work schedule!! I highly recommend them!!
Waiting to receive oxygen as ordered by Neurologist. Called Duke on Wednesday of last week to followed up on oxygen ordered to relieve severe headaches and they was told they were waiting for doctor to fax orders over and that I should expect oxygen on Thursday. I called on Thursday in the afternoon and was told they were still waiting to hear from the doctor. Called on Friday and was told they had orders however the case worker was reviewing order and I would receive oxygen on Monday. Called Monday at 2:00 and was told Dr. did not fax the right orders over regarding diagnosis or the word headache. No one at Duke has asked for my telephone number to call me back after they have investigated or to make a call directly to my Neurologist to help clear the issue. As a business that works with this physician all the time it seems that a simple phone call to the patient coordinator would clear up any misunderstanding yet Duke simply wont take the time to make that call.Called my Neurologist. She was shocked that Duke had not reached out to me to keep me informed of where we were on a daily basis and that I as a patient had to constantly stay in contact with them in order to get answers. She had advised me that she will most likely go with another medical supplier of oxygen. 5 days have passed without receiving this much needed treatment.
Great company! I have been using Duke Medical for about 5 years, and have been very pleased. They have always taken care of my CPAP machine needs, and follow up with me when needed. They are good about answering any questions I might have concerning my equipment. I hope to continue using them for many years to come!
I was confident that the customer service was going to be stellar due to all the rave reviews, but no such luck. The blond haired woman who slipped around a non-descript security door to greet me was not very pleasant to talk to. She mustve been in a hurry to not miss Brunch (it was 10:15 am).I really did want to leave a positive review, but the truth wont allow it at this establishment. And what is with all the tiny furniture in the waiting area? Sort of creepy. Just saying.
I have been using Duke Medical for about 5 years, and have been very pleased. They have always taken care of my needs, and follow up with me They are very organized and are so very helpful with all the questions I need answered the cpap dept young lady always calls me back and make sure my items are always delivered in a timely manner

Supervisor very rude. Talked circles regarding refund and insurance billing. Credit was suppose to be over $200. By end of conversation and supervisor explaining everything in terms the average person CANT understand our credit ended up being barely $100.
All the employees are fantastic! Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful from the office staff to the technicians that delivered the equipment! If I could give 6 stars I would!! Highly recommend!!!!
I received a cpap and tried putting on mask, my mask tour and I called to see if I can replace it and the rep was very rude stating I would have to pay for another one, I told her I was not able since I just started working and that they should replace at least one time with no charge since this was my first time using the mask. I did not know these mask were so sensitive and not durable. I told her I had no use for the machine then and she rudely responded well you are going have to get a discharge from doctor, im like NO PROBLEM!!!.. I can use another company. I dont think she needs to be working in customer service because her service was rude, and sensitive to the patient needs. You never know when you will be in the same situation. Everybody has a situation especially now days. she talked to me as if she didnt even care what I had to say. very poor customer service.....I will call my insurance and let them know my first experience I have never dealt with a company like this one.
I would like to say that the employees in the C-Pap department are very nice and helpful they explained every in detail and have help me tremendously any questions I have I just call them and the answer all my questions. The receptionists is also very nice and has a pleasant voice.
Called in April, May, again on June 20th, and agsin just now for an order that never ships! Exceeded my copays for the year snd still never saw an order....Had good service from them before for sometime, but in the past 6 months or so, something has gone bad in there.Waste of time, so I recommend to NEVER call there!!!!
Negative 5 stars, After almost a year dealing with this company I can tell you calls and emails do not get responded to, multiple attempts on my part to not only correct their billing, but pay them what I owe them fair and square, have been to no avail... to the point I had to contact the fraud department for my insurer. Duke is billing in excess of the purchase price, they do not seem to be aware of the laws that exist governing not only their industry but basic consumer laws. For example, they did not provide me with any documentation, ever, indicating what my financial obligations were/are, as they are required to do. For example, they sent arbitrary bills for services not rendered on my behalf. Very unprofessional at best, shady at worst, in my opinion-Lisa Lindell, 108 Days
Horrible customer service. The tech who set my CPAP up at my home was late. On top if that he spent a total of 10 minutes at my home. I was given the choice of 2 masks, one nice looking one and the other looked outdated. The tech assured me if I have any problems to just go to the store and they ladies would be happy to help. I did this and the women who came out of the back she looked at me like I was crazy. I explained the mask leaks and I needed something else or better instruction. She left to the back, 10 minutes later she returned and told me sorry, and I needed a appointment. Called my Dr and going my own DME. Do your homework, save yourself the trouble that is Duke Medical.
Supervisor Lisa was very helpful. They had all my needed cpap supplies available. I would definitely recommend Duke Medical Supplies to my family and friends.

I had an issue with my medical equipment order and blamed Duke Medical due to the information that was given me by my insurance company. Mr. Duke reached out to me due to my post on Facebook and Google and met with me to help resolve the issues. It has been found it is my insurance company United Health Care that has been lying all along. I appreciate Duke Medical for their patience and professionalism through this whole ordeal. They have been VERY helpful in trying to resolve the issue. Hopefully it will be resolved by my employer so we may get our equipment through Duke Medical. They seem to be a very good company dealing with the same red tape the customers are dealing with.

MY SIGNATURE WAS OBTAINED UNDER THE PRETENSE OF A RENTAL NOT A PURCHASE AND IT TURNS OUT I SHOULD HAVE HAD DIFFERENT EQUIPMENT ANY WAY RATHER THAN WHAT WAS DELIVERED., BULLYS, THEY ARE JUST BULLYS, I AM NOT THE ONE THAT TAKE BULLYING VERY WELL. DUKE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, IF NEED BE; I WILL SEE YOU IN COURT BECAUSE I AM NOT PAYING FOR SOMETHING I CANT USE NOR ORDERED PERSONALLY MYSELF. ESPECIALLY WHEN THE EQUIPMENT DELIVERED WOULD BE COVERED AT A HUNDRED PERCENT!! WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION?????????

Bought a mask for $240 that was on Amazon for $95 bucks. Figured I was paying for the service. Mask didn’t fit, can’t exchange/return it. Next time I’ll just buy on Amazon. You can return them all day.

The masks come with a headgear that wears out. When i inquired about a replacement I was surprised to discover that a replacement could only be obtained with the purchase of a new mask. You know, sorta like going to your car dealer for a set of new tire only to find out they sold them only with the purchase of a new car. BUSH LEAGUE!
