Really great service! I had been to a few At&T stores trying to sort out an issue, and wasnt having any luck. Went to the Beachwood location and got the matter sorted out within 10 minutes! Mikayla was so friendly and great to work with -- super efficient and very clear. Thank you so much for you help! :)

I got my business taken care of but it took soooooo long and I think it could have been avoided with some professionalism. Employees were more interested in watching the TV show than doing work.

Helpful with letting me know how to resolve my phone issues without any restocking fees. Still little to no resolution however one employee offered a great tip that helped resolve my problem.

Soon as I walked in I was greeted by Kenneth my salesperson and the other sale associates. He made sure I got everything I needed in a timely manner all the staff were very professional and had a great since of urgency. Great experience

Scott and Zack were very friendly. Zack, met us up-front and welcomed us. Scott, walked us through the whole process, answered every single question we had and never rushed us into anything. We ended up buying 4 lines and a new phone with ATT.

Absolutely Terrible experience, all from one employee, self named John Doe. From the onset, after I had been to multiple stores and on the phone with ATT over issues with the phone plan and phone, I was told by the Corporate Store in Woodmere, that Beachwood Corporate had the exact phone in stock. So, after on this quest for now 5 hours, I set out for Beachwood ATT. I was met with a gentlemen that was immediately dismissive, disrespectful, unprofessional and wholly unhelpful. It seemed he didnt want to do anything but sit at the table he was positioned at. I requested a manager, who slowly walked over. I asked to make a complaint, and he stated that the only complaint procedure was with him, there were no paper complaint forms or email addresses, etc. I couldnt believe the lack of customer service of John Doe, the only name he would give me, after asking for his store issued business card. IF YOU NEED HELP, I WOULDNT GO HERE.
