People were very helpful and they have a nice variety of shoes

So much variety and styles! Not over priced at all! The staff is smart and extremely helpful, they care! Not pushy or aggressive, they listen and help you get what your looking for (even if your just looking around or just not sure what to get). Sometimes they suggest things you havent thought about and its a great choice! Stop in, check out why their the best!

First time in the store I liked it

The staff seems friendly, knowledgable of their merch, can give answers, dont stalk you in the store & are helpful if you need to exchange an unworn item like I did! I left unsure at first, but returned & left happy with my final decision. They can use a bigger spot for more variety in merch to choose from, but you can still find cool items from whats there in-house which is pretty decent! This place also brought on nostalgia from shopping there in my teen years. So, needless to say I will be returning for more purchases or even ordering from on-line.

Awful. Came into store excited to purchase 3 pairs of vans, only to find zero customer service. Blonde/brown haired girl at the register only talked about irrelevant topics to her job with friends of hers. Waited 5 minutes with shoe in hand at an unbusy time and was never accommodated. Very disappointed, wouldnt recommend.
