This is my go to store for all of my eyewear needs. The staff is always pleasant and extremely helpful. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Ebony, Ben and Joanne. I’ve visited a few times for glasses during the current pandemic and they’ve always kept the place clean and made me feel safe. I’ll definitely continue to shop here.

Ebony Mills always helps me find the perfect glasses. She is very professional and has expert knowledge and skills in this field. She makes me feel comfortable and she she is very patient and takes her time to explain things and answer questions and concerns. Lens crafters is lucky to have Ebony on their team!

This was a very pleasant experience.Upon entering the store I was approached by an associate and was greeted nicely. They asked if I needed any help to just let them know. While eyeballing some super awesome frames, the manager asked if I would like to see anything in the case. I told her that I was shopping for frames for my wife. She helped me pick an awesome pair that my wife would like. The service was great and I would definitely shop here again.

Very good service(she was an optician). Their computer connection was spotty and it took longer than it should have. Beachwood,Ohio store. Headquarters needs to look into their service provider or equipment. Stores are a point of sales experience and staff was good but the rest can be fixed with corporate finding the problem.

Showed up at 6:30PM on a Thursday afternoon. Cage was down and no longer seeing customers for the day. All I wanted was to pick out a pair of glasses. Like everything else, I will pay for good service. It is not here; moving on.

They act like they dont want your business.. The woman in the lab coat (didnt appear to be the doctor) and pink tinted heart shaped glasses with a cheap white barbie wig got an attitude over me requesting they get my prescription from my doctor. It was all down hill from there.. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. Go somewhere that welcomes you in.

Very Knowledgeable, Professional, Personable staff. This location has the hottest eyeglass frames. They never disappoint me. And meet all my eyeglass needs.

Working with Mrs. Glenda was truly an amazing sentence. She is a breathe of knowledge especially to specific questions! 10/10 reccommended!

This store in Beachwood is going through construction currently. But, the attention to customer service is above reproach. They were most helpful and patient. The girl that helped fit me with sunglasses was knowledgable and kind.

Customer service is very important especially during this pandemic. Navigating through protocols concerning Covid and remaining friendly and connected with your customer is an excellent skill that Ebony possesses. I left feeling that I was in good hands. I ordered glasses from glass.com which contracts with LensCrafters for adjustments for frames. Ive used my glasses for a week and always cleaned gently using dish soap and a microfiber cloth. I had cleaned them an hour before driving to the store and made sure they were clean and scratch free.I handed my glasses to a woman as the frame fit loosely. First thing she said was that they are not responsible for any damage. I said fine. She sprayed the glasses down with a disinfectant (COVID-19 precautions) and wiped with a dirty paper towel (visibly brown and already used multiple times). I get to the parking lot remarking what a great job she did with tightening the fit. I look at the lens after sitting in the car and notice over a dozen scratches on the bottom half of the left lens!Will never go back here. She was polite and Im sure the not responsible for damages is a LensCrafters policy. I would expect someone working in LensCrafters store to know how to handle glasses with care. Not professional and a complete waste of my time. I would have tried to adjust myself if I hadnt been concerned about damaging them and being responsible.

I cant say enough with how well the staff coordinates the processing of customers and the exceptional way items and surfaces are cleaned and sanitized for COVID safety! It was easily observable. A really great experience and oy yeah, my glasses were ready in less than 24 hours.

Everyone in the store was very professional and were following the protocol that is in place. I watch the staff spray down tables, clean glass frames, spray chairs and take everyones temperature. I felt very safe while looking for my new glasses. GREAT JOB!

Went in last minute for eye glasses. The eye doctor was friendly, fast, knowledgeable. The other employees were also kind and knowledgeable. Only downfall is if you want specific type of lenses (lighter, transisitional, special for your vision), you have to wait a week. For some type of lenses, you can get same day!!

Walked in with my prescription and was able to receive my glasses with my prescription lens within one hour at the same day.

I had broken my glasses and was able to get a replacement frame the same day!

Super efficient and friendly staff. In was 15 minutes early to my appointment and was in and out with new contacts in a half hour. Very pleased with the way the Dr. used and explained the technology to me. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a good eye exam.

Exceptionally poor professionalism, and rude customer service. The floor staff and reception couldnt have cared less whether or not I wanted to schedule an eye exam and to buy prescription designer sunglasses. They made it clear they werent interested in their customers or to try to accommodate any basic needs or questions. After two visits experiencing this same thing, I took my money elsewhere. I will be happy to never return. I doubt the abilities of the manager if the staff is so poor.

The first time i came, the staff was friendly. I got the text that my glasses were ready. I drove in the snow to go get them. I walked into the store and was not greeted by none of the three women that were in there. They were dealing with customers but still could have said “we will be right with you” I sat and waited for fifteen minutes without anyone speaking to me. They continued to walk right passed me without even acknowledging me. For a minute, I literally thought I was invisible!

Staff very friendly!..but machine was multifunction processed my order on my end but not on their end didnt print reciept so no glasses for me and my two daughters..3-5 business days to be refunded my money. I shouldve known 2nd time this happened to me..just be careful swiping your card. Thumbs down for me never again !

I dont even know where to start with the terrible service I received! Lets just say this is the first and last time I will come to this place I could have gotten a better prescription from ray charles😓

I was asked did I want to do a test that was an extra $25 and I told them no only for the doctor to come in and word it differently and do the test after I said no...That charge was on my receipt and rather than me arguing and cussing them out I just wont return for another appointment. That was my first and last time going there.

A raging blonde woman who worked there refused to allow me to see the doctor for arriving 3 minutes late. She also said that they wouldnt take my insurance unless it was on an individual card, separate from my regular health insurance. I called the store and asked if they took my provider 10 minutes later and was told that they do.

Had a quick and great experience. The staff was great and Dr. Beal was informative.

While looking at frames it was hard to block out the three girls complaining behind the counter about having to talk to customers on the phone cursing and gossiping. The frames that were sold to me were the grubby dirty demo ones from the shelf. One thing to tell someone that’s what they’re buying another to deceive them. They hadn’t been cleaned and when confronted with that question they said they only sell frames from the shelf (just like clothes said the manager). However, that contradicted what their customer service told me should happen moments after noticing this problem.I got my refund. No eye contact made by the original sales person or the manager...they were far too busy playing on their iPads.....and one had to go gossip with the girls up front to let them know that I wasn’t happy and how funny that was. If you want to be treated like your business is unimportant and so are you this is the place to go.

Brought a brand-new pair of glasses in to be adjusted and they severely scratched one of the lenses and put awful tool marks all along the ear pieces. Avoid at all costs.

They are very Rude and not worthy to go to them, I want to replace my lens because it got scratches. The worker didnt smile or even said hi. And she told me the warranty doesnt cover it and i have to pay almost $300 for a new lens. I knew that she is just rude and doesnt want to work and its wasting time to tell her manger because they both are same. So i went to Lakewood LensCrafters and the changed id on warranty for $24.

Long waiting. Receptionist is not nice.
