Chris, the owner, is awesome. He fixed my daughters cell phone that was not only cracked, but had water damage. Other cell phone repair shops wouldnt even consider fixing her phone. I walked in to get a new screen protector for my 2020 iPhone SE. The employee (or owner?) there was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I found bubbles underneath the protector he put on my device, so he happily (for free) replaced it with another one. A+ service! I would love to come here again for any of my tech needs!

Absolutely !!! Love this place & the owner Chris. I recently shattered my company phone screen. To make matters worst I was also out of work due to a knee injury, so my funds were scarce. However i needed a functioning phone right away. I searched near and far and prices were terrifying. I reached out to this location expecting similar prices. Chris was so kind and understanding and literally qouted one of the best! Prices. I literally leaped for joy and couldnt be more greatful. Chris fixed my phone right away and did a phenomenal job. PLEASE READ: I bought a brand new a20 from the Boost Mobile website a few weeks ago. The touch screen stopped working out of nowhere and Boost Mobile wouldnt do anything to help me. I called the owner of this store by chance asking him to help and when I didnt get the answer I like I ignorantly went off on him out of frustration. The next day I went in to apologize. I wound up buying a new phone off of him for at least $100 cheaper then the Boost Mobile website was selling it. He took his time and genuinely help me get a new phone and made sure I didnt leave until everything was all set up. I buy pretty much everything online and dont remember the last time I bought a cell phone in the store. This was a reminder to support our local businesses because they treat us like people instead of like a number like the corporations in the customer service people do so often. He is so good with his customers and with his store in general. I want to say thank you. And I also want to suggest people to utilize him because he was so much more helpful and pleasant and cheaper to deal with and buying it from the retailer or the online retailer.

My husband had his iPhone repaired by Chris D. at Veritech, and recommended I take in my own iPhone that kept restarting itself until the screen just went gray. Chris was happy to replace some parts if thats what I wanted, but it was obvious I just needed a new phone. I bought a pre-owned iPhone from Chris, and he was so great about getting on the phone (for almost two hours!) with Sprint so they could transfer my service over. Chris is so easy to work with, and hes extremely knowledgable and helpful. I highly recommend!

Highly recommend Veritech! I cracked my iPhone screen and the manager, Chris, was able to replace it in less than 20 minutes. He went above & beyond in customer service, helping me pick out new airpods and applied a screen protector to the phone once it was finished. All in all I paid less for the airpods, phone repair & tax than I would have paid at Best Buy or Apple. Will definitely be back in the future!

A few days after I left this place, I took my case off and realized my screen was half way off of the frame. And the home button did not fit right because the ripoff screen they used was slightly to big for the phone. I contacted the company and they did not give me a refund. Do not waste any time with this store, They do not no how to fix phones properly. If I could I would give them zero stars.

I thoroughly recommend this place. The owner, Chris, is wonderful- informative, patient and really helpful. I switched my phone service to another carrier and he was really patient as I deliberated the pros and cons of every carrier-- and I really deliberated. Im sure another person would have found my indecision a bit trying, but Chris made me feel at ease. He didnt rush me or pressure me at all. This is a local shop and the owner really takes care of his customers.
