Brittany the only one there that is nice and respectful.There rude and dont stop calling there so rude I go to different store to do my payment when they call me the other day the guy was so rude to me after I pay my stuff off Ill never rent from them again

I received a flyer in the mail for my birthday, well.. the flyer seemed to have mis leading information on it. It said enjoy 2 free weeks OR 30% off new agreements. So, naturally tried to honor this and was informed it was all only for new agreements.. Ive been a customer for over 2 years and didnt think it was just for new agreements. Please fix the wording and be more clear on the mail our flyers.

Brittany is cool as hell that works in there every time that I call to make my payment she always treats me like a friend not a customer which I think is cool its a way of business should be ran where youre not just a customer youre a friend or part of their family thats the way this place treats you highly highly highly recommend this place

This store IS totally different than they used TO be. They used TO carecare about the customers and their needs I GUESS that things have changed over the last few years. I have spent SO much money there but I guarantee you that I Will never spend another penny at any OF their stores

This place has really went downhill I will probably never do business with them again we went in here to look at a TV the lady that waited on us supposedly was a manager she looked high as hell very disappointed she went and talked to people about her personal business instead of waiting on her customers very ashamed of this place.
