The absolute worst coverage available from a major carrier. I drop more calls now, in a single day, than I did in a year with their competition. Will never do business with them again. Save yourself the aggravation, and choose a different carrier, even if it costs a bit more. Youll thank me.

Came into Beatrice office of Cellular One for help recovering some info I had accidentally deleted.Veana spent 2 hours dealing with this problem! She was knowledgeable and very friendly..... and patient. My phone had a couple of issues that she worked out and everything turned out well!

Probably the slowest service Ive ever had.Been waiting over 30 minutes, just to pay my bill. Currently still waiting..Aside from friendly service, the wait time to get a phone going, or even pay a bill is ridiculous.

Small selection, no repair or service at this location, rushed us through then we found out they raised our bill over100 dollars a month for adding a flip phone. Will not go to this location again!
