This is a great store to deal with. I would recommend them 100%. Kelsie went above and beyond to help me solve my Moms account and would love to do business with them in the near future.

I’ve honestly never had an Issue..... But I also know how to make my payment on time. **cough cough** 4 Stars Simply Cause they Don’t do same day delivery, and it’s a smaller store so only so much actual inventory witch leads to longer waiting for it to actually come in and then another wait for them to Deliver.

The people here were great. I bought several items through this store and everytime it was a smooth process. Even if they didnt have the item I wanted, they either found a solid alternative, or got it sent in from another store. If there was any problems with the items they would try to fix it and if they couldnt they would send it to the shop to be fixed and send me out with a loaner. If I had problems making a payment they were very understanding, and we could come to an agreement. I dont know about other RAC in St. Louis, but I would recommend going to this one.

If I could give zero stars I would. Carla is rude and obnoxious. She should not be working around people. She doesnt follow protocol and talks down to people. A miserable person.

This isn’t the first time I’ve rented from here and usually the service is decent, but I got my washer and dryer and they didn’t bring the dryer hose so I bought my own, no biggie. The dryer isn’t drying right so I have to wait a week for a replacement, and they don’t have the tools to switch the dryer cord. They were supposed to come back that day, and didn’t show up for another two days. Now I have a different set and I asked RAC to come get the ones from them, and with attitude, tell me they’re getting them right now and hang up. I won’t go back to RAC.

The service is horrible. I didnt receive what I ordered. They came 3 hours late for delivery, I will not recommend them or refer this company to anyone. They say you can rent the furniture for a week but make you pay for 2 weeks when you only need it for 3 days. False advertisement.

Very friendly. I got exactly what I asked for and when I was falling behind on my payment . They looked out for me!

Didn’t show up for delivery, after calling was told we weren’t on the schedule after watching the woman write our names down on the schedule. Then proceeded to tell us that everyone is on lunch and they will call us back after they get back.
