One word. Wabash! Best mattress in the store, in the Low Country, no on the East Coast, no dare I say world! It is perfectly firm! Has no frills and thrills but felt just right. I am excited to go to bed now and not feel like I am on a circus trampoline with and elephant jumping on it (our old mattress). Did I mention Krista did a wonderful job! This was our first stop of about 6 to mattress shop. She did a wonderful job of a low pressure sale and guiding use through the different types of mattresses. After we toured 6 stores from Beaufort to Savannah and every where in between. We knew we wanted to give Krista our money and sleep on the lovely WAMBASH (Wabash Five star mattress) I a have now nicknamed it. Good job Mattress Firm Krista made the sale and us come back after a long two days of shopping with her excellent customer service!

Even though there weren’t that many to chose from, the ones there were the kind I was looking for so didn’t mind! Great customer service! Ellen was very nice and made the process go by quick and efficient! Very pleased with my mattress shopping experience here.

It took them awhile to open back up after the hurricane which may have led others to give undeserved poor reviews. Bruce was fabulous! He never pushed us to buy a certain style or even price point. We were never pressured to buy and as a result, convinced my dad to buy from a store near him for that reason. We would definitely shop there again!

Everytime I go by there to purchase a mattress, they are closed. Note on door says back @ xxxx. 40 minutes later then return time no one is back. This has happened several times. Ill be glad to go somewhere else

I bought a mattress from here a week ago. I was told I could pick it up on Friday so I set up a truck to come help me pick it up. I come to the store and they tell me it is in pooler and I will have to go there. I said no it will com to this store because this is the agreed upon location. Guy says he will call me back to see what is going on. Never receive a call back. The next day I call again they tell me its in Bluffton and they are working on getting to Beaufort. I was told I would get a call back never did. Now today I call and they say the cannot deliver it to Beaufort. I say they need to rectify the situation get rid of the delivery fee and just send it to my house because this is ridiculous. My husband is coming home from deployment tomorrow and we do not have a bed to sleep on!

Today was the second day in a row that I went to this place and today I stopped by TWICE. Clearly, they dont want my money. They have a sign that today, and yesterday, said they would be back at 3:30 they also leave a phone number to call, which from yesterday and today were two different numbers and I called twice on both days...no answer. Anyways, this place is terrible! I wouldnt even waste my time stopping by, THEY ARE ALWAYS CLOSED AND LIGHTS ON.

Hours are 10 to 8. Visited at 2pm. Lights on, sign says closed and will return at 10.....???????!!!! A chain is a chain, and the same rules/hours are supposed to be standard at each store! Will try to reach corporate and will visit the one in Charleston, instead.

For one they are almost NEVER open. Second when we finally caught them open after a week of trying to visit the store when someone was acually there we learned that the matress/boxsprings there are WAY over priced. For a California king memory foam there they want 5,000$ tax and all but online and in other stores I found the EXACT same bed for 2,000$
