They always have everything for every season and lots of DIY crafts and supplies for just about every project. And the store associates are always nice and helpful.

They had almost everything I was looking for a a suitable substitute for what I couldnt locate. The store was very clean and the checker was willing to help me locate the item I couldnt find, but I felt like the substitute item may be easier to use.

A bit less stuff than others I visit. The service was good and items easy to locate.

Less of a selection than they used to have, but the main issue is the store is rather dirty. Random candy wrappers on the floor, dangerous broken glass shards scattered across an area from something that fell and was never cleaned, etc.

I came here to have two of my extremely expensive pieces of art matted and framed and I was not let down. The craftsmanship was beyond reproach. My pictures look beautiful. The customer service was top notch and a pleasurable experience. They were $200 each to mat and frame, certainly not cheap, but overall, worth every penny.

Fun craft store! Has a good jewelry supply section and a pretty good selection of scrapbook supplies. Has a fantastic planner selection. Also a great place to buy small gifts for the women in your life. Important to note they do not sell fabric crafting supplies other than dye and tshirts

As always, lots of great finds! They are fully stocked with spring items as well as some easter right now. They stay busy but check out is a breeze!

Always has what I need, love the sales

I understand it is right after Christmas, but they are out of alot of items. I have been in there a couple times in the last month and they have not had any of the 12 x 24 sheets of craft wood. The whole wood supply section is completely empty.

Michaels is a great store! Its no Hobby Lobby though! 🙂 I gave 3 stars for 1 reason only... Theyre prices are ridiculously outrageous. I.E. when a store charges $32 for a 4 or 5 pack of PENS thats when I walk out just smdh!!

There was plenty of staff ready to help. However, when looking for picture matts, they didnt have the size I needed.

The store is great! Level 2 & 3 canvases arent terrible but I can make a better canvas with sticks and a bed sheet..the level 1 canvas are a joke.

Terrible staff. Terrible place to work. Replenishment manager is a narcissist as well as all the other management there. Hours were terrible and co-workers are douches. Stay away from here.

Has everything I needed

Wanted painting custom framed. Was there at 9. Framing specialist wasnt arriving till 10:30. I went to Hobby Lobby and got framing done. Dsappointed. Id even called to make sure frame dept. open.

I am writing this review because I am still disturbed by the events that happened til this day. A few months back I had gotten off of work and decided to stop by Micheals to buy some beads to replace on my husbands bracelet, I decided to walk through the store to see if I may need anything else as I dont get a chance to stop by Micheals often. I walked to the back and when I came the the front there were no cashiers at the register. I thought that they were perhaps closing the store and were not paying attention to the front. I made my way to the front doors in order to leave since no one would come to assist me and i was tired and ready to go home. But the doors did not open. I walked around the entire store to find someone and it was completely deserted. Luckily the alarm company called on the stores phone to which I answered and explained that I have been locked in this store somehow. The police came and thought it was funny that I had to slide him my ID from between the small slit of the automatic doors. He contacted the manager. When the manager came she was seemingly upset. Strange cause Im the one locked in the store. After unlocking she asks me in a very rude tone WHAT WERE YOU DOING IN THERE! It disturbes me that there was no announcement made or last checks in a store so large.

Got a lot of crafts but seemed to run out of nail polish. I bought some like some months ago and I didnt see it. Although I found everything else an artistic person would want. Even like a bit of silver jewelry and artificial plants I think. Think they were decorations.

There is no lack of merchandise, but if you need assistance or have questions, you are pretty much on your own. There were only a couple employees on the sales floor. The cashier seemed disengaged and just going thru the motions. I love to support local businesses, but maybe this purchase is one I can do online.

Excellent arts and crafts supply store. Michaels have everything a artist or crafts person would need for that special or unique project. Craft books on how to, variety of paints, Canvases of all sizes and so much more such as a framing service for your artwork or pictures.

I love this place for crafting and they are similar to Kirkland as the view of its products. Its the most biggest varieties of craft materials. The customers service is very helpful. The prices varies, but coupons are very helpful toward ticket receipt. Also they give free workshops and children friendly.

I needed a custom frame done. Nick was super helpful. He helped me pick out frame, matting and position of the documents. I cant wait to see it

The restroom had not been attended to all day. There was no toilet paper in one of the stalls and the paper towels were out. I was able to find the product I was looking for on the sales floor.

The store itself was fine but there was a creeper that kept following me through the store and made me very uncomfortable. Dont know if he worked undercover there and was trying to catch someone stealing or he was a true creep trying to steal a person. Anyway I had to get out of there and didnt purchase anything because of this experience. Will not return for some time.

They need more then 1 cashier at a time the line is long!!!!
