I have all the tires for my Dodge pick-up purchased, maintained, changed, replaced at the Sears Auto Center in Lake Charles, LA for many years now. Since I was now working in Beaumont, I was told that I could go to the one in Beaumont, and get the same service. What a mistake! I found a nail in my rear tire on New Years eve in Houston, and only had a 24-hour tire center to plug it. Since I commute more than a hundred miles a day, and wanting to be sure of the repair work, and maybe get a replacement tire, I drove in at lunch time one day last week. The shop looked completely deserted. A few cars there, a few customers, but no one working. The lady writing up the orders said that there was only one person working, and it will take 1-1/2 hours just to take a look at the tire! Most places would have the work done and out the door in less time than that. I went next door to Discount Tire, and in a few minutes, the guy asked me to back up my truck to see. He sprayed some liquid where the plug was, and declared it good to go. It took a few minutes, and no fee was charged. Sears Auto Center Beaumont in bad shape, and really need to get things going there. I finally went back to SAC Lake Charles, a walk in on a busy Saturday morning, but they replaced 2 tires and rotated them in less than an hour. I even got a small discount.

Today, at the Sears Auto Center- Beaumont, Tx, a great Auto Center Store manager! Yay!!! (ALL of the girls before him were SO slow & not knowledgeable). Ricky Houston was fast, friendly, helpful & knowledgeable! We are so happy to do our auto business there now. It is close to our house & now great management! :)

Dropped my car off before worked and they had it done by the time I got off work and everyone was nice so I’m happy 👍🏻

Real good and fast service

I had a 10am appointment. dropped car off at 930 am. Car did t even get into bay until 5pm, wasnt finished till 630pm and it was only basic maintenance. i have only taken my car here and nowhere else since i have owned it and they had to order a drain plug because they rounded the head off, if they even replaced the part.
