I enjoy going in to JoAnns fabrics; I no longer sew or craft much, but do enjoy browsing such stores. They have a nice selection of things, and almost always have matching hand soap and lotions that are reasonably priced. The store is conveniently located in the Kroger shopping center; checking out isnt usually a chore.

Staff helpful and very nice. Got my camper done with no problems. Had al the material I needed. (For our curtains, cushions & table)

The cashier was very nice and helped me with my online coupon. Waiting for the Christmas stuff to start coming in.

This Jo-Anns is always very clean stocked very nice in order on shelf and had extremely amazing sales all across the store more than normal and very attentive and pleasant employees

Was with a friend who was shopping at Joanns ot was good to see they are still here. The employees were nice and helpful. I will go back if i need something for a craft,etc.

I do like Joann Fabrics. They have just about everything you could need for sewing as well as some crafts and lots of really nice and unique things to decorate your house or give as gifts.

Nice big store. Wasnt to please with customer service. I roamed around a good time, not one time did anyone ask if I needed help finding something.

Lots of great stuff unfortunately they need to price items better. It is very difficult to know the actual price of items. Shelves are labels but if things are out of place you are on your own to find the price. I probably would have bought more stuff if I knew the prices.

I enjoy shopping at Joannes. They normally have so many choices I struggle to choose between them. But much of their yarn was sold out today. I hope they restock soon, I have several projects I need to finish!

Great selection of fabrics! Prices were reasonable. Fun Christmas decorations. Bought a great blanket for snuggling on the couch for $19! COVID precautions being observed. No coupons or discounts at this time, which was a bummer. Overall great experience tho.

Cashiers need more training. At least one was unable to complete a transaction with both gift card and coupons. Unfortunately for me, I didnt have time to have her cancel the entire transaction and start over. The fabric selection was good

Terrible customer service! I have never been there and told the cashier Susan that, you would think she could help me and let me know I needed to get the fabric measured when I was getting the entire thing and the price tag was on there she made me go back to the end of the line. Maybe just maybe when someone tells you they have never been there, it would be helpful to let them know the progress instead of wasting their time! Oh and she didn’t help when I asked her what I needed told me the wrong place to look, and a customer there helped me.

All I can say is wow. The staff are extremely helpful from the boh to the foh. Did I mention they have a fall savings going 60 percent off... Definitely will return back to the dowlen location

Theyre horribly rude. They ran my wife out of the store because she didnt have a mask on. We will use Hobby Lobby from now on. Hobby Lobby was very polite while practicing sensible social distancing.

Needed buttons and thread, but looked around as well. Great place for your sewing needs.

I love yarn and in Beaumont JoAnns is the place. Large selection and decent prices. The coupons available on their app are great. I am not too impressed with the employees but I know where I need to go in the store and can get in and out fairly quickly. Checking out quickly is hit or miss as there is only one cashier and she does not paged for help very often. Still I plan on the extra time needed.

Love this place for fabric they have so much selection and options. I also love their money saving app and text messages. They always have a great sale going on so you can buy more craft options for less!

This location is ok. They rearranged the store since the last time i was in. The clearance section was in disarray. They had half a wall. A turnstile and half a shelf on one aisle and half on the other. The staff are very cold and distant. Its kind of hard to find stuff as things arent always labeled. Over all.not a bad location just a few things to fix.

Good sale on cricut supplies but watch the sales they mark the specialty stuff for clearance $1 cheeper than regular prices you do not get the discount. Other than that pretty good store

Love the nicely priced blanket kits were you tie knots around there rims to create a double warm blanket. They are great gifts to give to family as well as (in my opinion) the warmest blankets.

This is my go-to place for most of my yarns & other craft items. The people are helpful & they have frequent sales. Usually the sales are very good, both on variety & price.

Too hot in the store. Aisles werent fully stocked. Seems like the prices have gone way up.Additional review 7/1/17:Ran in to pick up something real quick. It NEVER happens. For weeks its been in the center of the aisle (a whole display). Naturally it was all moved & I had to search for it. 😡

Clean and organized. Had a hard time finding the 100% cotton thread and the only one we found was $8.99.

This store has everything you can imagine and more for crafts but not as overwhelming as Hobby Lobby.

It is a great place for fabrice, flowers, ribbon, ext... But the cutting counter can be a little slow u might havw to go look for someone.

Supplies for crafts and easy to do craft ideas are at great prices, not just fabrics. There are even complete decor items (and partially done items for the DIYer) at surprisingly low prices as well.

An employee at the fabric section was super Rude, unfriendly, and had a crappy attitude. Asked her to check the price on a piece of fabric, and at first she didnt want to check it. Then when she did, she acted like it bothered her. When I tried to say something she said, Wow, she thinks she knows better than me eventhough I work here, with an attitude. Those types of RUDE employees shouldnt be working in customer service . The employee could have said, Oh, let me check that issue for you, instead, and handled the situation differently . Your employees need better TRAINING in CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Debra was sooooo very helpful and kind. She went out of her way to assist us in finding fabrics, batting an quilt backing and quilt accessories. Knowledgeable employee and ver hospitable!!

They have everything! Not only does JoAnns have craft supplies, the store also has decor for home. You can get lost in that place and be happy about it. The merchandise can get pricey, but theres a lot of deals and discounts, too. The gentleman cashier was very helpful and friendly.
