They also have super awesome deals, e.g. a week ago my husband & I took our girls to the mall & my 9 year old wanted to go in Bath & Body Works. I love all the smells and scents. For candles and soaps and all the fine lotions it is the place to go. I also had a chance to chat with a couple of the employees. Both were very nice and knowledgeable. I learned a few things and enjoyed the conversations

Theyve restructured since COVID and theres one way to enter and one way to exit and youre now handed paper bags to place your items in as opposed to handling carts which is a good idea. This way if you dont utilize it you can discard it. Its also very easy to fill which I did for $101 very easily. The staff is on hand more for assistance. Desteny(unique spelling) was VERY helpful regarding a choice I was on the fence about and her honest input helped me to make my decision. Theyve also increased checkout stations and my hips brushed up against mine and completely pushed it bc they roll, LOL. There are indeed safety measures at checkout stations for consumers and staff to be safe. The only part I did not like was that I could not use my coupon I received online because it was strictly for online. I would have saved a trip had I known that.

Have you ever shop at one of these stores?? Its just like that. Sales staff will help you find what youre looking for and recommend items for you if you arent sure. Always have crazy sales and if you get their emails you will save even more!Only complaint I have is I usually leave with a headache.

5 stars for awsome products. Im only giving 3 because my wife has a medical condition that she cant wear mask and was told she could not enter without mask. Its sad that they more worried about profit than there actual clients.

The service here is always great! There are always staff members walking around ready to assist. I love being able to go in and smell all the different candles. The cashier even rang my items up in two different orders so that I could use my coupon twice to save more money!

Your system of buy three get one free is a lie. On my receipt you said you gave mre 27.00 but you only gave me 25. You lied. I went on my receipt and checked. I cant believe it was 54.00. No wonder you are closing! I got nothing free.

The store is connected to White Barn with a large selection of candles and body sprays. The aisles are fairly narrow so Id be careful bringing in big bags or kids strollers. Overall the customer service is nice but you should expect to pay a lot for everything there. But they all have unique smells so theyre worth it.

I generally love this store. Friendly and helpful staff. The store is now much more organized than it once was with full shelves. The only negative thing about this location is they tend to make their own rules about exchanges and price adjustment contrary to BBW rules.

I just visited this location and several customers are shopping without a mask. I complained to an employee and she said she works the register, so I can go complain to the manager. Two customers kept standing in close proximity to me, without a mask. What the he@& is going on? What happened to no mask no service?

Go here. Give your wife a bunch of money to spend. She will be happy. That makes your life better.

Wow, what a selection with 2fer sales abounding. The manager (I think because she had a walkie-talkie on her hip) was on the floor stocking shelves and interacting with customers. Her help sold more product and gave us deals. Thanks. Also, checkout personnel knew what deals were available and saved us even more. Super customer service.

I cant give a bad review because I have always loved this place. But I am very disgusted at the moment. Why has stress relief body spray been taken off the shelf? Can you please put back on. I buy this product in bulk and have for years. I use all the stress relief products. Please give me a reason why such a great and popular product has been removed.
